Ready to take a dip into the past?
Join our snorkelling tour in Palinuro, in the province of Salerno. Aboard a typical Sorrentine gozzo, you will explore the Grotta Azzurra and the Baia della Ficocella.
In the company of a certified guide, you will discover a submerged wreck from the 1950s and in 2 hours you will feel like a true marine explorer!
What we will do
The rendezvous is 30 minutes before the indicated time at the meeting point in Palinuro (SA), where we will meet the skipper and our snorkelling guide.
We will board an Apreamare, a fascinating wooden boat which, thanks to its size, will allow us to sneak nimbly between the inlets of the coast.
Our first stop will be the famous Grotta Azzurra. We will go inside to admire the magical play of light that makes the water almost unreal blue. After taking the customary photos, we will sail under the majestic sheer cliffs of the Costa del Mito, until we reach the Baia della Ficocella.
Here we will don a mask and flippers (included) and dive into the water. Accompanied by our guide, we will swim over a fascinating wreck from the 1950s, lying on the seabed and now a refuge for numerous marine species. It will be a unique opportunity to observe life underwater in total safety.
After about 2 hours of sailing and underwater discoveries, we will return to the port of departure.
Who it is aimed at
The activity is at an easy level and suitable for ages 16 and up. A release form signed by a parent is required for minors.
The boat is not accessible for wheelchair users or persons with mobility problems.

The experience is available every Sunday from May to early November.
The itinerary and stops may vary depending on weather and sea conditions.
The boat used for the excursion is an Apreamare, a wooden motorboat made in Sorrento. Its dimensions of 8x3 metres allow the captain to approach the coast in total safety. The boat is equipped with an awning, bow sundeck, cushions, freshwater shower, radio and bathroom. An icebox is available on board.
Dogs are not allowed on board.
For those arriving by car, municipal parking spaces in the harbour are available. If you do not have your own means of transport, you can request a transfer service to the Palinuro area: contact the organiser at the contact details given in your booking confirmation email.
For security reasons and communications to the Coast Guard, it is compulsory to send a front/back photo of the identity card (one per group is sufficient) via WhatsApp as soon as the contact details of the organisers have been received.

If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund! If you have set the date of your Gift Voucher and bad weather has prevented the activity from taking place, the Voucher remains valid until the expiry date indicated on it.
If I cancel the reservation, can I get a full refund?
