Wonders above and below the sea of Sardinia! Thesnorkelling excursion with tour of the Capo Caccia cliffs is a fun, simple and extraordinary experience to experience the most hidden and inaccessible corners of the Capo Caccia Protected Marine Area - Isola Piana, on the north-west coast of Sardinia.
The tour, which is suitable for everyone and especially for families with children, takes place in complete safety on board an ocean-going dinghy equipped with a low environmental impact engine, the ideal way to get close to particularly evocative spots on the coast.
During the navigation it is not uncommon to have encounters with pods of dolphins, tuna and amberjacks on the prowl, or even with the elusive sea turtles. In short, get ready for three hours of pure excitement!
What we will do
The meeting point is at our diving centre in the Porto Conte Regional Natural Park, near the locality of Pischina Salida (SS), about 30 minutes' drive from the centre of Alghero (SS). The appointment is with a welcome by the guides and the procedures for trying out the snorkelling equipment provided by the diving centre.
Once on board the deep-sea dinghy, in an atmosphere of joy and friendship, the guide will introduce the excursion by explaining the main characteristics of the area in which we find ourselves, i.e. the combination of two protected areas: theCapo Caccia - Isola Piana Protected Marine Area and the Porto Conte Natural Land Park.
We will sail along the coast, characterised by sheer cliffs hundreds of metres high, populated by numerous species of birds and birds of prey. Depending on the weather and sea conditions, the captain will decide on the points in the marine area where we can safely stop and dive to admire the beautiful seabed with a mask.
The tour will touch on shallower points suitable for scenic snorkelling routes where it will be possible to carry out the activity independently and in complete safety: there will be 2 to 3 stops along the way. On board there will also be space to relax with snacks and drinks.
The activity will last about 3 hours and will end with the return to the diving centre.
Who it is aimed at
The activity is aimed at everyone, including families with small children, aged 5 and up. It is not necessary to know how to swim, but good water skills are required.

Attention! The meeting point is located near the locality Pischina Salida, about 30 minutes' drive from the centre of Alghero, in the Porto Conte Regional Natural Park.
The activity is available from June to September and is confirmed with a minimum of 7 participants.
The boat used for the tour is an ocean-going dinghy equipped with a 200 hp 4-stroke eco Yamaha engine with low environmental impact, ascent ladder and sunshade awning.
At the diving centre, participants will be provided with room temperature showers and a changing room.

The guide may offer you an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to accept or decline these proposals. If you cannot reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund!
