This snorkelling tour in Massa Lubrense is the perfect opportunity to let yourself be guided among the secret coves and transparent seabed of the stretch of sea between the Sorrento and Amalfi coasts, without the need for patents or scuba tanks.
In the company of an expert guide, you will swim in the heart of theProtected Marine Area of Punta Campanella, among shapes, colours and creatures that seem to have come straight out of a documentary in which you are the protagonist!
What we will do
The appointment is at 14:30 at the diving centre in Massa Lubrense (NA).
After meeting our guide and receiving thecomplete equipment (mask, snorkel, fins), we will begin with an introductory briefing of about 30 minutes on the area of theMarine Protected Area of Punta Campanella, with a focus on its characteristics and the rules of protection.
Afterwards, we will walk to the pier, only 200 metres away, to board a dinghy that will take us to one of the area's most beautiful coves, such as Baia di Ieranto.
Once anchored, we will enter the water accompanied by our guide for about 45 minutes of snorkelling, exploring the seabed amidst posidonia, bream, small mullet and schools of anchovies.
The activity will take place in complete safety, with the possible support of floats or life jackets depending on the level of aquatic ability.
After the swim, we will return on board for a light snack before returning to the diving centre, scheduled for around 17:30. The activity will last about 3 hours in total.
Who it is aimed at
The experience is suitable for everyone; children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult or have a signed release form.
Good aquatic skills are required to participate in the activity.
Other information
The experience takes place from April to November depending on weather and sea conditions.
There are outdoor showers and toilets on site, but no changing rooms, so it is advisable to arrive with your swimming costume already on. Any personal belongings can be stored in a guarded common storage room.
Any accompanying persons may wait at the meeting point.
On-site parking is available for a fee. The meeting point can be reached by public transport.
