How about diving into an adventure?
With this experience, you’ll be able to explore the island of Ischia aboard a comfortable boat and stop off at the most beautiful coves and spots for snorkelling in stunning waters.
A mask, wetsuit and snorkel will be your essential kit for an unforgettable experience!
What we will do
We’ll meet at the time indicated at the meeting point in Ischia (NA). Our guide will be waiting for us there to accompany us on our adventure and, before we set sail, will spend about 20 minutes handing out all the snorkelling equipment: mask, snorkel, fins, wetsuit and lifejackets.
Once we’re all set, we’ll board the boat to begin our complete tour of the island. We’ll head towards the eastern side, passing the Aragonese Castle and Cartaromana Bay, until we reach the first snorkelling site: the Grotta del Mago. Here we’ll dive for around 20–30 minutes to admire walls covered in colourful sponges and fascinating carbon dioxide emissions. We’ll then continue towards San Pancrazio Bay to explore the Grotta Verde, where sunlight creates spectacular shades of emerald green on the white sandy seabed.
Once we’re back on the move, we’ll round Punta San Pancrazio and reach the islet of Sant’Angelo, where we’ll swim amongst damselfish, sea urchins and walls rich in orange madreporas. We will then head towards the south-western coast, admiring the imposing green tuff cliffs, before diving for a snorkelling stop at Scoglio della Nave, a striking rocky outcrop shrouded in myth.
The itinerary will continue along the western coast, passing Forio, Punta Caruso and the Bay of San Montano, where we’ll take our final swim at Punta Vico to explore its small sea caves. During the stops or whilst sailing, we can recharge on board with a lovely hot tea, water and sweet or savoury snacks.
Finally, we’ll pass Lacco Ameno with its famous ‘Fungo’ rock formation and sail past Casamicciola before returning to the port of departure.
The trip will last a total of 3. 5 hours.
Who it is aimed at
This activity is suitable for children aged 6 and over; those under 18 must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
You must be able to swim to take part.
The boat used during the activity is not accessible to wheelchair users or people with reduced mobility.

The activity takes place from May to October, on Wednesdays and Saturdays, and is confirmed provided there is a minimum of 4 participants.
The itinerary and stops may vary depending on weather and sea conditions.
Depending on availability, the vessel used may be an 8. 20-metre boat fitted with an awning, or an 8. 40-metre inflatable dinghy without an awning.
On site, there is a changing room with a toilet, shower and storage area for personal belongings.

If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund! If you have set the date of your Gift Voucher and bad weather has prevented the activity from taking place, the Voucher remains valid until the expiry date indicated on it.
