There's nothing like a nice walk in nature to regain peace of mind. Or maybe there is!
Experience a3-hour snowshoe hike through the woods and pastures of Valmalenco and follow your guide on a unique sensory journey.
Try yoga and breathwalking techniques at high altitude: body and spirit will thank you!
What we will do
The meeting will take place at the meeting point in San Giuseppe, a hamlet of Chiesa in Valmalenco (SO), 30 minutes before the time indicated in the booking. Awaiting us will be guides who will take us on a journey of authentic discovery!
Before setting off, we will take part in a quick introductory briefing: we will receive snowshoes and poles to explore the valley's panorama, while also enjoying a few breaks related to the practice of yoga and breathwalking.
Every 20 minutes or so of walking , during which there will be photo stops and stories from the guide, we will stop for a yoga practice of about 15 minutes. The breathing sequences will be different each time and followed by a moment of rest.
The benefits of breathwalking, particularly during the winter season, are many and often immediately noticeable: it will improve our sports performance, help us reduce stress, increase concentration and promote relaxation.
The snowshoe hike will take place at analtitude of about 1500 metres, with a minimal difference in altitude, and will lead us for about 6 km through typical Valmalenco huts and pastures. There is a hut at the meeting point, where a snack can be enjoyed at the beginning or end of the activity (not included).
The experience will last about 3 hours in total.
Who it is aimed at
The activity is suitable for everyone; theminimum recommended age is 8 years.
Minors may participate accompanied.
The activity is not suitable for persons with reduced mobility.

The activity is available from December to March and is confirmed with a minimum of 6 participants.
Leashed dogs are allowed.
The meeting point cannot be reached by public transport; parking is available on site.

If you have made a fixed-date booking and the weather conditions are not suitable for safely carrying out the activity (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be fully refunded. The guide may offer you an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to accept or decline these proposals. If you cannot reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund!
If I cancel the reservation, can I get a full refund?
For this activity, the cancellation policy is flexible. You get a full refund if you cancel within 5 days from the activity start date. Within 4 and 3 days from the activity start date you will get a 50% refund. You can find the full policies in the Cancellation Policy section.
