Once upon a time there was a castle in Erba. Capable of going beyond your imagination.
Discover it by participating in our taste and wellness experience: the package includes entrance to the spa and aperitif, in the scenic setting of the province of Como.
And if you choose the combination Patanegra and Champagne, the happy ending is already written!
What we will do
The appointment is at the selected time at the meeting point in Erba (CO) . The experience takes place inside a scenic castle, the walls of which house a refined wellness centre.
It is in the latter that we will spend our time, relaxing amidst Turkish baths, two Finnish saunas and a Water Paradise shower to regenerate the body; a salt room to purify the organism; two relaxation areas, a herbal tea area and an olfactory corner to complete the sensorial journey. There is also a heated swimming pool that extends in and out of the facility, with a view of the magical castle scenery.
The package also includes an aperitif, served in the scenic bubble or by the pool:
- Basic Aperitif: an appetiser of your choice from the a la carte menu (toast, piadina, sandwich, fruit salad and desserts according to availability on the day) accompanied by a glass of wine or drink of your choice from the a la carte menu.
- Premium Aperitif: a platter of fine Patanegra Iberian ham aged for 36 months accompanied by 1 bottle of Prosecco Valdobbiadene Superiore or 1 bottle of Champagne Bollinger depending on the option selected.
The experience will last a total of 3 hours.
Who it is aimed at
The experience is suitable for ages 14 and older. Children under 18 (and over 14) may enter unaccompanied by an adult.
The experience is accessible to persons with mobility disabilities except for the swimming pool.
The experience is suitable for pregnant women; it is recommended not to enter the warmer rooms. Please contact the hotel at the contact details given in your booking confirmation email to report the presence of a pregnant woman.
Persons with significant medical conditions or diseases, heart, blood pressure or respiratory problems, recent trauma or surgery, febrile states, inflammation in general and those in a state of alcoholic intoxication are not permitted access.

The experience takes place all year round except for holidays.
The spa is shared with other guests of the relais.
On-site, there are gender-specific changing rooms equipped with toilet, shower, hairdryer and lockers.

Dogs are only allowed outside.
Free parking is available on site. The meeting point can be reached by public transport.

What happens in case of bad weather?
If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund! If you have set the date of your Gift Voucher and bad weather has prevented the activity from taking place, the Voucher remains valid until the expiry date indicated on it.
If I cancel the reservation, can I get a full refund?
For this activity, the cancellation policy is flexible. You get a full refund if you cancel within 5 days from the activity start date. Within 4 and 3 days from the activity start date you will get a 50% refund. You can find the full policies in the Cancellation Policy section.
