Come and discover the Le Muraglie Di Vicentini Winery in Valeggio sul Mincio: you’ll stroll through the vineyards with the winemaker, explore the cellar and enjoy an authentic immersion in family stories.
A decidedly sparkling experience where you’ll sample no fewer than five glasses of sparkling wines and Metodo Classico, accompanied by a generous platter of local cold cuts and cheeses!
What we will do
The event takes place at the selected time at the Le Muraglie Di Vicentini farm in Valeggio sul Mincio (VR), set amongst the morainic hills just a stone’s throw from Lake Garda.
We’ll be welcomed by our guide – the farmer himself – who’ll take us on an authentic journey to discover the land and the family’s work.
We’ll start with a stroll through the rows of vines, where we’ll feel the morainic soil under our feet and hear anecdotes, stories and cultivation secrets passed down through the generations. We’ll discover how every single vineyard is tended to capture the characteristic freshness of the grapes from this area.
From the vineyard , we’ll then head inside the winery, going behind the scenes of the production process where the must is transformed. Here, the guide will reveal how sparkling wines are made and just how much patience is required to achieve a fine , elegant perlage .
Finally, we’ll head to the tasting room for the highlight of the experience: a guided tasting of five selected sparkling wines (two white/rosé semi-sparkling wines, two white/rosé sparkling wines and one glass of Metodo Classico) . Each glass will be accompanied by a generous farmhouse platter featuring local cold cuts and regional cheeses.
The experience will last approximately 2 hours in total .

The wine tasting is reserved for adults only. Any accompanying minors and non-drinkers may take part in the experience at a price available on request.

The experience takes place all year round from Monday to Saturday and is confirmed subject to a minimum of two participants.

If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund! If you have set the date of your Gift Voucher and bad weather has prevented the activity from taking place, the Voucher remains valid until the expiry date indicated on it.
