Enjoy an experiential stay in Diano d'Alba: the package includes 2 nights in a farmhouse with breakfast and a blind wine tasting, to discover wine without being influenced by the label.
To fully enjoy a weekend in the Langhe, amidst scents and panoramas that immediately put you in a good mood!
What we will do
Check-in is from 2: 00 p. m. to 6: 00 p. m. at the agriturismo in Diano d'Alba (CN), surrounded by Dolcetto and Nebbiolo vineyards: a veritable balcony over the Langhe landscape.
You will stay in a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom equipped with shower, toilet, washbasin, bidet, hairdryer, linen, courtesy kit and bathrobes. There is also a mini bar, kettle with herbal teas, satellite TV, air conditioning/heating and free Wi-Fi. From the room and the panoramic terrace, you can admire the surrounding vineyards and the castle of Grinzane Cavour.
A sweet and savoury breakfast awaits you in the morning, with homemade cakes, yoghurt, homemade jams, fresh fruit, biscuits, cold meats and cheeses.
Your stay will also include a food and wine experience to savour the best of the Langhe! In fact, you will participate in a wine tasting in the dark to focus on the aromas, taste and sensations that these will arouse in you.
You will be blindfolded and equipped with a notebook: after each tasting you will be asked to describe the wine as a landscape, a memory or a sensation, letting your imagination speak before your eyes. You will taste 3 wines with each label covered, accompanied by gastronomic pairings designed to surprise, because what is beautiful to see is not always good to taste (and vice versa) .
The activity will last about 1½ hours and can be held at any time during your stay, agreeing the time directly with the establishment.

The experience is intended for 2 persons over 18 years of age.
The facility is not accessible to persons with reduced mobility.

The experience is available all year round. Check-in is from 14: 00 to 18: 00, check-out by 10: 00.
The tasting may be shared with other participants.
The farm has a restaurant, where it is possible to dine with an a la carte or set menu. Options are available for people with food allergies and intolerances: please contact the organisers at the contact details given in your booking confirmation email to communicate any requirements.
Small dogs are allowed at an extra charge of €15.
The tourist tax of €1. 50 per person per night, payable locally in cash, is not included in the fee.
The property is not easily accessible by public transport. Free parking is available on site.

What happens in case of bad weather?
If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund! If you have set the date of your Gift Voucher and bad weather has prevented the activity from taking place, the Voucher remains valid until the expiry date indicated on it.
If I cancel the reservation, can I get a full refund?
For this activity, the cancellation policy is flexible. You get a full refund if you cancel within 5 days from the activity start date. Within 4 and 3 days from the activity start date you will get a 50% refund. You can find the full policies in the Cancellation Policy section.
