Have you ever thought: 'I'll drop everything and open a farm'? If the answer is yes, then this is the right experience for you.
Stay for one night on a farm nestled in the hills of the Umbrian countryside around Todi and take part in activities with the animals and in the fields together with the managers, rediscovering ancient farming traditions.
Put your hands to pasta during a cooking workshop and enjoy a zero-kilometre breakfast, but for real!
What we will do
Check-in is from 14: 00 at the farm in Todi (PG). On arrival you will be welcomed by the owners of this property, an authentic country house restored with love, overlooking the green Umbrian countryside.
You will stay in a double bedroom on the first floor, furnished with traditional country furniture, restored by hand using natural materials. Inside you will find a private bathroom with shower, toilet, washbasin, bidet, courtesy kit, hairdryer, mosquito nets on the windows, free Wi-Fi and adjustable heating. There is also a common area with a kettle, cups and a selection of teas and herbal teas. There is no air conditioning: here you sleep like you used to, letting the fresh country air in.
The property has an infinity pool overlooking the valley, usually open from May to October and accessible free of charge for guests. In the morning, breakfast (included) awaits you, prepared daily with products from the farm: homemade cakes, fresh fruit, jams and locally grown grains.
During your stay, you will participate in an educational farm experience and cooking workshop organised by the farm: you can choose whether to do it on the day of your arrival or departure, agreeing the time at check-in. The activity will begin with an account of the history of the estate and the biodiversity protection project. You will then visit the farm, meeting the animals that populate it, such as the little donkey Tina, the Valnerina baby goats and the little dogs Africa and India; you will also discover the truffle farm, the orchard and the rare plant species they keep.
Afterwards, you will learn more about the cultivation and milling of ancient grains carried out by the facility and take part in a cooking workshop, during which you will prepare two types of fresh pasta. The experience will end with a tasting of the pasta you have cooked. The activity will last about three hours.

The experience is intended for 2 persons over 18 years of age.
The facility has a wheelchair-accessible room, however the educational farm activity is not suitable for people with mobility problems.

What happens in case of bad weather?
The experiences included in the stay plus experience packages are subject to weather conditions. If the experience cannot take place due to bad weather or other causes of force majeure, you can choose between a refund for the experience that did not take place or rescheduling the activity for another date (if available). However, the stay cannot be refunded or rescheduled if the terms of the package cancellation policy have already expired.
Can I change the date selected for my stay?
