Experience the ultimate in relaxation in the Adamello Brenta Nature Park.
This is what awaits you during your stay at our hotel in Pinzolo: the package includes accommodation with breakfast, spa access and many other amenities. Everything you need for a holiday filled with exploration, wellbeing and culinary delights.

What we will do
Check-in is from 15: 00 to 22: 00 at the meeting point in Pinzolo (TN). You will be staying in a 4-star hotel with a spa, in the heart of the Adamello Brenta Nature Park.
At reception, you will be given the electronic key to your Traditional Room: this measures 20 square metres and features a double bed with bed linen, a TV, a safe, a fridge and an en-suite bathroom with a toilet, shower, toiletries, a hairdryer and towels. The accommodation is equipped with Wi-Fi.
Once you’ve changed for the occasion, you can then access the hotel’s spa: this features a heated indoor pool at 31 degrees, a hot tub at 35 degrees, a Turkish bath, an ice cave, a herbal bath, a Finnish sauna, sensory showers, an infrared cabin and a relaxation area with a herbal tea corner.
The following morning, you’ll enjoy a generous buffet breakfast: homemade cakes, yoghurt, cereals, fresh fruit, croissants, jams, eggs, bacon and much more to get your day off to the best possible start.
Check-out is by 10. 30 am.

The spa and swimming pool are shared with other hotel guests. The spa is open daily from 14: 00 to 20: 00 and access is restricted to adults. The swimming pool is open from 09: 00 to 20: 00, and minors are also permitted access during certain time slots.

The Trentino Guest Card allows you to use public transport in Trentino free of charge and gives you access to attractions and activities at discounted prices.
During the winter season, the following services are also included: a ski room at the hotel with a boot warmer; a free hotel shuttle service to and from the Pinzolo ski lifts, part of the Pinzolo-Madonna di Campiglio-Dolomiti ski area; the opportunity to take part, free of charge or at reduced rates, in activities organised by local mountain guides.
On-site facilities include free outdoor parking and a pay-and-display car park; there are also two charging points for electric vehicles. The meeting point is accessible by public transport.

What happens in case of bad weather?
If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund! If you have set the date of your Gift Voucher and bad weather has prevented the activity from taking place, the Voucher remains valid until the expiry date indicated on it.
If I cancel the reservation, can I get a full refund?
For this activity, the cancellation policy is strict. You get a full refund if you cancel within 15 days from the activity start date. Within 14 and 8 days from the activity start date you will get a 50% refund. You can find the full policies in the Cancellation Policy section.
