Spend a night in a SPA room equipped with a whirlpool bath, explore the UNESCO heritage of the Cerite hinterland on board a private quad bike with a dedicated guide, and enjoy lunch or dinner in a partner restaurant with a typical menu.

What we will do
The meeting point is at the quad bike excursion centre in Cerveteri (RM) . Here, you will be directed to the agreed farmhouse a few kilometres away. Check-in is from 14: 00.
You will stay in a SPA room characterised by spaciousness and comfort: a spacious double bed and a whirlpool bath for your exclusive use, as well as a private bathroom complete with shower, toilet, sink and bidet. You will find everything you need for a refined stay: bed and bath linen included, Wi-Fi, and a quiet atmosphere where you can let go of tension. The hotel also has a reception desk for all your needs.
The next morning, you can start your day with a breakfast served in the hotel. During the course of your experience, you will have the opportunity to enjoy lunch or dinner at a partner establishment where you can choose between a land or a sea menu: both include a starter, main course, side dish, dessert, coffee and soft drinks.
Included in your stay you will also have an exclusive quad bike tour with a local guide dedicated just to you. You can choose whether to take the quad bike tour on the day of check-in or on the day of check-out: arrange the exact time with the guides after the booking confirmation.
When booking, you can choose between two tour options:
- 2-hour tour: (including briefing, short stops and quad bike tour) will take you to explore the ford of St. Anthony, through mostly dirt tracks in the Roman countryside and off-road trails in the middle of the woods, until you reach a wonderful viewpoint. Along the way, you will have the opportunity to visit the fascinating Rupestrian Tombs.
- A 4-hour tour (including briefing, stops and quad bike ride) will immerse you in the Etruscan hinterland along a loop route. Here you will have the privilege of discovering the wonderful natural waterfalls of Cerveteri (with the possibility of bathing depending on the season) . Your guide will take you along a mostly unpaved route through beautiful countryside, woods, ancient Roman ruins and the ford of Sant'Antonio.
Check-out is by 11: 00 am.
Who it is aimed at
The experience is designed for 2 adults. Children are not allowed inside the rooms with a hot tub.
Guests with reduced mobility or in wheelchairs are kindly requested to contact us at the contact details given in the purchase confirmation email in order to communicate their needs and allow us to reserve an accessible facility and room.
A valid B licence is required to drive the quad or buggy and must be shown at the start of the tour. Driver and passenger may swap driving if both meet the requirements.
The maximum weight for the quad bike is 150 kg.

Dogs are not allowed either in the room or during the tour.
For this experience, a car transfer (max. 15 minutes) from the quad bike excursion centre to the affiliated farmhouse is required. Free parking spaces are available on site.

What happens in case of bad weather?
The experiences included in the stay plus experience packages are subject to weather conditions. If the experience cannot take place due to bad weather or other causes of force majeure, you can choose between a refund for the experience that did not take place or rescheduling the activity for another date (if available). However, the stay cannot be refunded or rescheduled if the terms of the package cancellation policy have already expired.
Can I change the date selected for my stay?
