There are stays with a view. .. and then there are those where the view is so beautiful that you even forget about your mobile phone.
And on Lake Como it couldn't be any other way. You and your favourite person for one night have a flat with a sun terrace and a view of one of Italy's most iconic panoramas.
And then comes the fun part: a 2-hour waterbike tour to literally ride on water past movie villas, suspended villages overlooking the lake and the Orrido di Nesso, with its secret waterfall cascading down the rocks.
What we will do
Check-in is available from 14: 00 in Laglio (CO).
The flat is modern, well-maintained and fully equipped: a small corner of paradise with lake view, complete kitchen (fridge, oven, microwave, hob, kettle, coffee machine with pods provided) , living area, flat-screen TV, air conditioning, washing machine, free Wi-Fi and private bathroom with shower and hairdryer. Outside, you will also have access to a sun terrace, a garden and a picnic area with barbecue facilities, as well as free private parking.
Once you have settled in, you can arrange with the staff when to do the scheduled activity between 14: 00-16: 00 or 9: 00-11: 00 the following morning.
The waterbike tour lasts approximately 2 hours and starts from the Laglio office, a stone's throw from the flat. Here we will meet the guide who will provide us with everything we need for the experience: waterbike and life jacket. After the briefing. .. we get in the saddle! You will cycle past Villa Oleandra, George Clooney's residence, and then follow the coastline dotted with elegant historic villas to the village of Torriggia. You will then cross the lake to reach Careno and then the Orrido di Nesso, where a spectacular waterfall plunges between two rock walls directly into the lake. During the approximately 10 km route, you can make short scenic stops or, why not, take a refreshing dip.
The next morning, you will find all the essentials for preparing your breakfast (coffee, jam, rusks, oil, vinegar and first pantry ingredients) already in the flat.
Check-out from the apartment is by 10: 00 am.
Who it is aimed at
The experience is designed for 2 adults.
A maximum weight of 120 kg per person is required to participate in the waterbike tour. It is not necessary to know how to swim: the waterbike is a very stable and safe medium. Pregnant women may participate on the advice of their doctor.
The accommodation is wheelchair-accessible.

The waterbike tour is not a private activity; it could be done with other participants.
The waterbike centre is within walking distance of the accommodation. There are no changing rooms or toilets available, but you will find bars nearby; small personal belongings can be stored in the duffle bag attached to the handlebars; bulky luggage can be left at the main venue upon request to the organisers.
Dogs are allowed in the room at no extra charge. It is also possible to participate with your own dog in the tour, subject to a weight limit of 20 kg.
Free parking is available on site. The meeting point can also be reached by public transport (bus) .

What happens in case of bad weather?
The experiences included in the stay plus experience packages are subject to weather conditions. If the experience cannot take place due to bad weather or other causes of force majeure, you can choose between a refund for the experience that did not take place or rescheduling the activity for another date (if available). However, the stay cannot be refunded or rescheduled if the terms of the package cancellation policy have already expired.
Can I change the date selected for my stay?
