Here, however, there is no secret, only the pure pleasure of savouring this experience down to the last sip. Spend a night for two in a Gavi wine resort, with dinner, breakfast and 5 wine tastings included.

What we will do
Check-in is from 15: 00 to 18: 30 at the property in Novi Ligure (AL), a wine resort between the Monferrato and Gavi areas, housed in a 16th-century villa.
You will stay in a double room at the agriturismo, equipped with a private bathroom with shower, bidet, courtesy kit, and hairdryer, as well as a TV, desk, mini bar, Wi-Fi connection, and heating/air conditioning (or fans, depending on the room assigned) .
From May to October, you will have access to the outdoor swimming pool, where you can relax and cool off during your stay. Your stay includes a dinner for two at the estate restaurant: starter, first course, main course, dessert or fruit, water (excluding wine) . The cuisine uses seasonal and zero-km products from the farm, with home-made pasta as a speciality.
In the morning, breakfast is included, with homemade cakes, yoghurt, biscuits and, on request, freshly prepared savoury options.
The highlight of your stay will be a guided tour of the estate, starting from the panoramic terrace overlooking the vineyards and hills of Monferrato. The tour will continue through aromatic gardens, an 18th-century chapel, a lemon house and then into the wine cellar, where you will discover the winemaking process entirely in steel.
You will finally be taken to the 18th-century National Monument Villa, where the owner will guide you through art collections, porcelain and period furniture. The visit will end with a tasting of 5 wines: a Spumante Brut Rosé and 4 native Piedmontese wines, accompanied by breadsticks and salami . In summer, the tasting will take place outdoors overlooking the garden.
You can have this experience on the day of your arrival or the following morning, agreeing the time directly with the structure. The guided tour and tasting activity will last approximately 40 minutes and may be shared with other guests of the estate.
Check-out is expected by 11: 00 a. m.

Other information
The experience is available all year round, excluding the first 10 days of January and the days of Christmas, New Year, August and Easter. Check-in is available from 15: 00 to 18: 30, and check-out by 11: 00.

Small dogs are allowed free of charge (with their own kennel) .
The tourist tax of 2€ per person, payable locally in cash, is not included in the fee.
The property is not easily accessible by public transport: it is possible to arrive at Novi Ligure station and then continue by taxi, or request a transfer for a fee. Free parking is available on site. Between the winery and the wine resort it is necessary to drive a short distance.

What happens in case of bad weather?
If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund! If you have set the date of your Gift Voucher and bad weather has prevented the activity from taking place, the Voucher remains valid until the expiry date indicated on it.
If I cancel the reservation, can I get a full refund?
