Who said magic only happens in films? All you need to do is step on board to experience an evening fairy tale in the Gulf of Naples!
On this 3-hour boat trip with a skipper, you’ll sail from Portici, following the setting sun to Castel dell’Ovo and Mergellina.
An unforgettable aperitif at sunset awaits you, as you’re lulled by the waves whilst the city lights up with a thousand lights. Get ready to experience ‘Naples by night’!
What we will do
We’ll meet up 15 minutes beforehand at the meeting point in Portici (NA).
Once we’ve boarded our gozzo, we’ll set off on a 50-minute cruise, following the sunset towards Naples.
We’ll reach the spectacular setting of Castel dell’Ovo, which we’ll sail around on all sides to take unique photos from the sea. Afterwards, we’ll head out to sea off the Mergellina area , where we’ll stop in the roadstead for about 50 minutes. Here, we’ll enjoy an unforgettable swim at dusk and savour an aperitif with a choice of Spritz, beer or a soft drink, accompanied by packaged snacks.
We’ll stay to admire the spectacle of the sun setting, giving way to the city lights. We’ll then set off back towards Portici.
The trip will last a total of 3 hours.
Who it is aimed at
This experience is for adults only.
For safety reasons on board, pregnant women are only accepted up to the fourth month of pregnancy.
This activity is not suitable for passengers with reduced mobility.

The activity is available from May to October, from Wednesday to Sunday.
The itinerary and stops may vary depending on weather and sea conditions, at the skipper’s discretion.
The trip takes place on a restored wooden gozzo dating from 1970 (10 metres long and 3 metres wide) , equipped with a toilet, sun deck, awning and fresh-water shower.
We are unable to cater for food allergies or intolerances; participants with specific dietary requirements are welcome to bring their own food on board.
Dogs are not permitted on board.
Paid parking is available on site. The meeting point is accessible by public transport.

If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund! If you have set the date of your Gift Voucher and bad weather has prevented the activity from taking place, the Voucher remains valid until the expiry date indicated on it.
If I cancel the reservation, can I get a full refund?
For this activity, the cancellation policy is flexible. You get a full refund if you cancel within 5 days from the activity start date. Within 4 and 3 days from the activity start date you will get a 50% refund. You can find the full policies in the Cancellation Policy section.
