Tandem paragliding flight at Borgo Chiese in Trentino

Imagine getting off the ground and experiencing for the first time the thrill of a tandem paragliding flight at an altitude of 1450 m, surrounded by majestic peaks. In Borgo Chiese, in the province of Trento, you can make this dream come true and fly together with an experienced pilot.

You will depart early in the morning and reach the planned take-off point by shuttle. After an introductory briefing and a short run-up, you will be ready to take flight and fly over unspoilt valleys and picturesque villages in a tandem paraglider.

Throughout the flight, which will last between 15 and 20 minutes, you will be harnessed to the pilot in total safety. This experience is suitable for adults and children, weighing between 30 and 75 kg. Leave all worries on the ground, it's time to fly!

What we will do

We will meet at the time selected during the booking process in Borgo Chiese (TN). Here we will board a shuttle and, in about 20 minutes, we will reach the take-off point at Malmarone, at an altitude of 1450 m above sea level. Along the way, we will get to know each other and admire magnificent views of the Trentino peaks.

Once at our destination, we will hold a briefing to explain safety procedures and put on our helmets and harnesses correctly. Then, securely harnessed to the pilot, we will be ready to take flight. It will only take a few steps downhill to soar into the air and rely on the gentle morning updrafts.

Below us we will see the green landscapes of the Valle del Chiese flowing. We will fly over the roofs of Brione, a typical Trentino mountain village, and feel immensely light floating in the sky for 15-20 minutes, depending on the wind conditions. It will be a magnificent experience of freedom that you will look forward to repeating!

The flight will end with a soft landing at the starting point in Borgo Chiese. Between transfer to the take-off point, briefing and flight, the activity will last approximately one hour.

Who it is aimed at

The activity is of an easy level and suitable for beginners. Children from the age of 8 can also fly, with signed parental consent.

To be able to fly in a paraglider, participants must weigh between 30 and 75 kg. Other requirements are to be in good health and be able to make a simple run of about ten metres on the take-off slope.

Other information

Tandem paragliding is available every day from March to November, subject to weather conditions. In the event of snow, the take-off point may vary and require a transfer by chairlift to Molveno or Andalo.

Important: paragliding is an activity that is strongly conditioned by the weather. The pilot will contact you a day or two before the activity to confirm the time and meeting point. Safety first: if the weather forecast is not good, the flight will be carried out in another flying area or postponed to a new date.
