Tandem paragliding flight in the Lucca hinterland

Have you always dreamt of looking at the world from above while flying over incredible panoramas? Then you absolutely must try the tandem paragliding experience in thehinterland of Lucca!

Take flight from a height of about 800 metres together with a professional pilot, letting yourself be carried away by the currents for about 15 minutes.

Get ready to experience a great sense of freedom as you fly over the rolling hills of Lucca. We are waiting for you!

What we will do

We will meet at the time selected during the booking phase in Borgo a Mozzano (LU) where we will meet our pilot. Together with him we will organise ourselves to reach the take-off point at an altitude of 800 metres: we will be able to use our car or a shuttle service at a cost of 15€ (not included, to be paid on site).

Once we arrive at the take-off point, we will attend a short briefing given by the guide who will explain to us the safety rules to best enjoy the experience. Time to put on ourgear and we'll be ready for take-off!

After a short run, harnessed together with the pilot, we will take to the air and the sense of freedom will begin to make itself felt. We will fly for about 15 minutes admiring the lush nature of the Serchio Valley, the centre of Borgo a Mozzano, and the small villages perched on the mountains. On clear days, in addition to the plain of Lucca, we will also be able to admire the sea and Corsica from above!

At the pilot's discretion, and depending on the weather conditions, we will be able to take command of the flight and try out some manoeuvres in total safety. And if the day's wind conditions are favourable, the pilot will let us experience the thrill of witnessing some aerobatics in the air! A thrill we won't forget so easily.

After enjoying the world from an exclusive and privileged perspective, it will be time to return to the ground with a soft landing directly at the meeting point.

The experience will last approximately 2 hours in total, including flight, briefing and transfers.

Who it is aimed at

The activity is suitable for everyone from 5 years old, weighing between 30 and 110 kg. Underage participants must be accompanied by an adult.

In order to participate, it is sufficient to be in normal physical condition and to be able to perform a simple run on the take-off slope. The activity is not suitable for those with heart problems.

The activity is available every day, all year round.

The take-off point can be reached by car, alternatively a shuttle service is available at a cost of €15(not included, to be paid locally).

Important: paragliding is an activity that is strongly dependent on the weather. You should contact the instructor a day or two before the activity to confirm the time and meeting point. Safety first: if the weather forecast is not good, the flight will be postponed until a later date.

If you wish to take home the memory of this experience, you can choose the"flight + video" option (+€30) when booking. The pilot will send you the video of the experience via a link after editing and editing it.

The meeting point can be reached by public transport.
