Get ready to savour an incredible sense of freedom and enjoy an exciting tandem paragliding flight at Poggio Bustone, in the green heart of Italy.
You will admire from above the landscapes of the Piana Reatina, between the Sabine and Reatine Mountains, a land of ancient and rustic charm, known as the preaching place of St Francis.
Sustained by the ascending wind currents, you will take a real walk in the air and be able to look at the world from the most privileged perspective of all: that of the sky!
What we will do
You will meet the pilot in Poggio Bustone, in the province of Rieti, and together you will go to the take-off point located several hundred metres above sea level. Once there, you will have a briefing on the principles of paragliding and the rules for flying in comfort and safety.
Having prepared yourequipment and securely harnessed to each other, it will only take a short run to take off and find yourself floating with the updrafts. You will admire from above the Sabini and Reatini Mountains and the plain nestled between them, also known as the Valle Santa (Holy Valley ) because it contains no less than four Franciscan sanctuaries, including that of Poggio Bustone.
The scenic descent will last about 20 minutes, depending on the wind of the day, and will end with a soft landing near the initial meeting point. In total, the activity will last about one and a half hours.
Who it is aimed at
This activity is easy and open to anyone who feels like flying. Tandem paragliding requires no special experience or skills and no age limit, just a body weight between 35 and 100 kg (minors must be accompanied or authorised by a parent).
The participant must be in normal psychophysical condition and able to jog a few metres at take-off and cushion with their legs (as if jumping off a step) on landing.
The experience is not recommended for pregnant women, those with heart problems and anyone recovering from joint injuries.

This activity can be carried out from October to May, weather permitting.
The possibility of a flight is strictly dependent on weather and wind conditions. Depending on these, the timetable of the activity may vary and, in the event of conditions not compatible with the maximum safety of the participants, the activity may be suspended at the pilot's discretion.
Simultaneous flights are possible on request, subject to pilot availability.

If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for the safe conduct of the activity (in the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for you to conduct the activity. You can freely choose whether or not to accept these proposals. If you can’t retrieve it, we will process a full refund! If you have set the date for your Gift Voucher and bad weather did not allow the activity to take place, the Voucher remains regularly valid until the expiration date indicated on it.
If I cancel the reservation, can I get a full refund?
