A journey that starts underground in Franciacorta and ends up in the bottle.
This is how the birth of the 3 Ammonites wines from the Camilucci winery in Erbusco could be described, which you will taste during this guided tasting in the company of a sommelier.
A 1½-hour experience that includes a tour of the winery and a tasting of local products!
What we will do
The appointment is 10 minutes before the selected time at the Camilucci winery in Erbusco (BS), in the Franciacorta region. We will be welcomed by our guide, who will accompany us on this guided tour.
We will start from an external corridor, in which we will retrace the wine history of Franciacorta and its territory. In fact, the Ammonites line takes its name from the fossils found in the subsoil of the hills on which the Camilucci winery stands, one of the oldest areas of Franciacorta, whose characteristics give rise to unique wines, all exclusively Dosaggio Zero.
Afterwards, we will enter the cellar to visit the ageing room where the Franciacorta method will be explained to us. We will witness the remuage process, discover how disgorging takes place and go through the entire mechanical process up to labelling, which is carried out directly in the cellar.
Finally, we will move to one of the tasting rooms for a tasting of the Ammonites line composed of 3 glasses:
- Ammonites Dosage Zero
- Ammonites Satèn Brut
- Ammonites Rosé Dosaggio Zero
The tasting will be accompanied by a small plate of samples of local products such as salami, cheese and breadsticks.
The experience will last a total of about 1. 5 hours.
Who it is aimed at
The experience is recommended for 18 year olds and over, as wine tasting is reserved for adults.
Minors and abstemious persons may participate as accompanying persons at a cost of €10. 00 and will be offered a non-alcoholic alternative.
The venue is accessible by wheelchair or pushchair.

The experience takes place throughout the year and is confirmed when there are at least 2 participants.
Dogs are not allowed during the experience.
