Have you ever explored vineyards, underground tunnels and tasted fine wines in an 18th-century villa - all in one morning?
Join us at Casa di Noelia, nestled in the hills of Romagna, and let us guide you on a journey through nature, history and flavours. On board a jeep, you will cross rows of vines and paths, visit the ancient barrel cellar through a secret tunnel, and discover the authentic taste of Romagna with a tasting of 4 organic wines paired with traditional dishes.

What we will do
The appointment is at the historic Casa di Noelia estate in Predappio (FC), at the time selected during the booking process. After a welcome from the staff, we will board a jeep or rustic cart to visit the estate surrounding the villa.
We will drive along hidden mule tracks past vineyards and fruit trees until we reach the top of the hill. From there we will stop to admire the spectacular panorama of the Rabbi Valley, with our gaze sweeping from the Calanchi to the Rocca delle Camminate, between the Apennines and the sea.
Back at the villa, we will visit the production cellar, guided by fascinating stories about the vintner's craft. We will then descend into the underground tunnel housing the ancient barrel cellar to reach thePredappio Zoli Historical Archive, a collection of no less than 1,000 bottles produced between 1905 and 1970. Each of these bottles is a small fragment of the area's winemaking tradition.
Through the tunnel, we arrive in the splendid 18th-century villa built in 1731 by the Marchesi Albicini. After a brief visit to the most beautiful salons, we will take a seat in the suggestive Sala del Camino for a tasting of 4 organic wines from the Noelia Ricci and Pandolfa lines, mainly Sangiovese-based reds.
Accompanying the wines will be Romagna crostini, stuffed piadina, seasonal vegetables and a dish of homemade tagliatelle (included in the fee). The experience lasts a total of about 3 hours.
Who it is aimed at
The wine tasting is reserved for participants over 18 years of age only. Underage participants will be served a tasting of typical products accompanied by water. Children aged 0 to 8 years participate free of charge.
Other information
The experience is bookable all year round on Tuesdays, Fridays and Saturdays and is confirmed with a minimum of 2 participants.
Dogs are allowed on the premises.
