If you are a wine lover or simply curious to discover the secrets behind wine production in the mountains, you cannot miss our wine-tasting experience at Villa Corniole, located in the beautiful Val di Cembra in Trentino.
It is a unique opportunity to visit the winery, with anecdotes and curiosities told directly by those who live winemaking with love and dedication every day. But above all to taste four wines of character, elegance and high quality. We are waiting for you!
What we will do
The appointment is scheduled 5 minutes before the selected time at the winery of Villa Corniole in Giovo (TN). On your arrival, a member of the family will welcome you and guide you on a tour of the winery.
During the tour, which lasts about half an hour, you will discover the secrets of wine production and the dedication that goes into the creation of each bottle every day. The cellar, almost a treasure hidden underground, uses the power of nature to mature the wines in the purest possible way.
The experience will continue with a tasting of four glasses of wine, carefully selected from the classic Pinot Grigio, Chardonnay, Müller Thurgau, Gewürztraminer, Teroldego and Lagrein and the Trento Doc sparkling wines. You will be able to savour the essence of the unique mineral soils, enriched by a pairing with fresh bread or breadsticks that will enhance the flavours of the wines.
The activity lasts about an hour and a half in total, including a 30-minute visit to the winery and a 60-minute tasting session.
Who it is aimed at
The wine tasting is reserved for participants aged 18 and over. For any accompanying under-age participants attending free of charge, water or, if available, soft drinks are available.
The tasting room is accessible by wheelchair or pushchair.
Other information
The experience is available from Monday to Saturday all year round.
Subject to winery availability, the wines to be tasted can be chosen according to the preferences of the participants but must be the same for the group.
A visit to the vineyard is not foreseen, as the vineyards in the Cembra Valley are all scattered and not always in the vicinity of the winery.
The English-speaking guide is only available on request. To request it, contact the organiser in advance at the contact details that will be sent to you by e-mail with your booking confirmation.
Dogs are allowed on the premises, but must remain outside the winery.

What happens in case of bad weather?
If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund! If you have set the date of your Gift Voucher and bad weather has prevented the activity from taking place, the Voucher remains valid until the expiry date indicated on it.
If I cancel the reservation, can I get a full refund?
