It is said that 'Taste is a mystery that finds its best expression in wine' and, if it is the fine wines offered in this tasting, we are convinced of it too!
The Fangareggi winery awaits you in the province of Modena to let you taste 5 wines of unmissable taste, accompanied by a board of typical products.
To complete the picture of the perfect activity, there will be a walk in the vineyard and a visit to the cellar that will allow us to discover all the processes behind this precious nectar!
What we will do
We will meet in Carpi (MO), at Vitivinicola Fangareggi, a family-run farm established in 2005. We will begin the experience with a brief account of the history of this reality.
We will then move on to a visit to the winery, where the processes used daily for production will be explained to us. The guide who will accompany us will answer all our questions and reveal many interesting facts.
After about 15 minutes, we will proceed with a vineyard walk of the same duration. As we walk through the vineyards, the various types of cultivation present and their characteristics will be explained to us.
Finally, we will move on to the wine tasting room. We will taste five fine wines and the owner of the winery will personally explain the peculiarities of each one and the best foods to pair them with.
Here are some of the wines we might taste (the selection varies depending on the season):
- Salvadeg Bianco 2022: Pignoletto Emilia IGP - Metodo Ancestrale.
- Biancospino 2023: Lambrusco Bianco dell'Emilia IGP.
- Salvadeg Rosè 2022: Lambrusco Emilia IGP - Ancestral Method.
- L'Altro 2021: Spumante Metodo Classico Pas Dosè.
- V.gna Nera 2023 : Lambrusco dell'Emilia IGP, the firstborn of Vitivinicola Fangareggi and the most traditional among those proposed.
Accompanying the 5 glasses we will enjoy a board of local delicacies (included), including Salame Felino IGP, Parmigiano Reggiano DOP 30 months and erbazzone.
The total duration of the experience is approximately 2 hours.
Who it is aimed at
Aminimum age of 18 is required to participate in the tasting. In the case of minors or accompanying persons who prefer not to consume wine, it will not be necessary to pay the participation fee. Simply contact the organisers in advance to inform them of your presence using the contact details provided in your booking confirmation e-mail. On site, it will be possible to purchase a non-alcoholic alternative.
The activity, excluding the visit to the vineyard, is suitable for people in wheelchairsor with reduced mobility.

The activity is available all year round and will be confirmed upon reaching a minimum of 4 participants. In the event of bad weather, the experience will take place regularly but excluding the visit to the vineyard.
The wine tasting will be guided by an expert and accompanied by a board that will include Salame Felino IGP, Parmigiano Reggiano DOP 30 months and erbazzone. In the event of allergies or intolerances, it will be possible to request an alternative in advance using the contact details in the booking confirmation e-mail.

If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund! If you have set the date of your Gift Voucher and bad weather has prevented the activity from taking place, the Voucher remains valid until the expiry date indicated on it.
