The Inserrata winery is not just wine: it is art, culture and respect for the land.
You will find all this in the 5 IGT labels that you will taste during this tasting of 5 wines accompanied by typical zero km products!
We are waiting for you in San Miniato, in the heart of Tuscany!
What we will do
The appointment is at the time selected at the time of booking at the Inserrata winery, located in the hills of San Miniato (PI). Upon arrival, we will be welcomed by the guide who will accompany us on this tasting tour.
Upon request, it will be possible to take a walk through the vineyard or visit the winery's small cellar, or we will be seated directly in the tasting room or under the pergola (depending on weather conditions) for wine tasting.
Inserrata wines are made using only organic grapes grown using the green manure method, a technique that improves soil quality and strengthens the health of the vines, without the use of chemical fertilisers. The result is wines rich in personality, which is also reflected in the bottle labels designed by artist Alexandria Coe.
We will therefore taste five glasses of wine, usually:
- Together Red Merlot IGT
- Inusuale Bianco Sangiovese IGT
- Inebriante Rosato Sangiovese IGT
- Indigo Rosé Merlot Sangiovese IGT
- Intrigo Bianco Chardonnay IGT
The tasting will be accompanied by a small accompanying board of cold meats, cheeses, honey and focaccia dressed with home-produced organic EVO olive oil.
The experience will last a total of approximately 1 and a half hours .
Who it is aimed at
The experience is recommended for participants aged 18 and over.
The wine tasting is reserved for participants over 18 years of age only. Underage accompanying persons may participate in the experience at a cost of €10. 00 and will be offered a fruit juice or alternative non-alcoholic drink.

The experience takes place all year round.
There is free parking for guests on site. The meeting point can be reached by public transport.
Dogs are allowed during the visit.

What happens in case of bad weather?
If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund! If you have set the date of your Gift Voucher and bad weather has prevented the activity from taking place, the Voucher remains valid until the expiry date indicated on it.
If I cancel the reservation, can I get a full refund?
