We look forward to welcoming you to Erba, at Casiglio Castle, for a unique gastronomic experience that combines the charm of history with contemporary culinary creations.
In this picturesque setting , you can enjoy a refined five-course tasting menu curated by Chef Michele Pedrazzini, either in the elegant atmosphere of the historic halls or in the cool outdoor area overlooking the park!
What we will do
Please arrive at the selected time at the meeting point in Erba (CO). The experience takes place inside a spectacular castle, whose walls house a restaurant and a spa.
On arrival, depending on the weather, you will be shown to your reserved table in the castle’s elegant historic dining rooms or in the refurbished outdoor dining area, which offers a pleasant view of the park and the hotel’s swimming pool.
Dinner will consist of a five-course tasting menu, including dessert, designed to showcase the flavours and finest produce of the local area. The menu, created by Chef Michele Pedrazzini, changes regularly to reflect the seasons and the availability of the finest ingredients.
Should you wish, the in-house sommelier will be on hand to recommend the finest wines to suit your tastes and complement each course (drinks are not included) .

What happens in case of bad weather?
If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund! If you have set the date of your Gift Voucher and bad weather has prevented the activity from taking place, the Voucher remains valid until the expiry date indicated on it.
If I cancel the reservation, can I get a full refund?
For this activity, the cancellation policy is flexible. You get a full refund if you cancel within 5 days from the activity start date. Within 4 and 3 days from the activity start date you will get a 50% refund. You can find the full policies in the Cancellation Policy section.
