The best way to discover a territory? Savour it, one glass at a time.
At the Vini Barani winery, immersed in the Emilian countryside, an experience combining history, authentic flavours and dreamlike views awaits you. With the majestic Vigoleno Castle as a backdrop, you will taste the winery's four finest still wines, accompanied by D.O.P. cured meats, torta fritta piacentina and traditional desserts.

What we will do
The meeting is at theVini Barani winery, near Vigoleno Castle (PC), where we will be welcomed by Stefano or another team member.
We will start with a short walk along a panoramic path to admire the different types of vines cultivated. Stefano will accompany us to tell us many interesting facts about the area and historical facts about Vigoleno Castle, a 10th-century gem included among the most beautiful villages in Italy and awarded the Orange Flag by the Italian Touring Club.
We will reach a panoramic terrace, where the guided tasting will begin. Here we will taste the winery's four finest still wines, including the elegant Santa Maria, discovering the secrets behind each label and the deep connection with this territory.
To accompany our glasses, we will be served D.O.P. cured meats, the famous Piacenza fried cake and a traditional dessert, usually an apricot and plum tart. Stefano will return to the farm to collect the freshly prepared dishes and serve them to us directly on the terrace... on a quad bike!
The total duration of the experience will be about 1 hour and 30 minutes, but the panoramic terrace will remain at our disposal even after the tasting, so we can continue to relax, chat and enjoy the wonderful view.
Who it is aimed at
The wine tasting is reserved for participants over 18 years of age only. For those under 18, in addition to the opportunity to taste local products, organic fruit juices or soft drinks will be offered.
The facility is accessible by wheelchair and/or pushchair. However, we recommend tasting in the wine room, as it is easier than on the terrace.

The experience takes place all year round and is confirmed with a minimum of 2 participants.

Dogs are allowed, preferably on a leash.
