Red like passion, but also like this wine tasting in Panzano in Chianti!
At Tenuta degli Dei you will discover a wine history of elegance and history, visiting the cellar and concluding with a tasting of 5 wines , including 3 vintages of IGT Cavalli, accompanied by local cured meats and cheeses.
A 2-hour experience, signed Cavalli!
What we will do
The appointment with the guide is 10 minutes before the indicated time, at the indicated meeting point in Panzano in Chianti, a hamlet of Greve in Chianti (FI).
Our tour of Tenuta degli Dei will begin in front of the Church of San Leolino , where we will give an introduction to the history of the estate and the Cavalli family , which started this project in the early 1970s.
After filling our eyes with the colours of the Tuscan landscape and the splendid vineyards, we will continue with a visit to the vat cellar and barrique cellar, the beating heart of production, where the wine comes to life and evolves to its fullest expression.
At the end of the tour, we will each drive to the estate a short distance away. We will take a seat in the elegant tasting room to sample five red wines: Forcole Chianti Classico DOCG, Le Redini IGT and a vertical tasting of Cavalli IGT vintages 2022, 2021 and 2020, accompanied by home-produced extra virgin olive oil, grappa and a sampling of cured meats, local cheeses and other snacks.
The total duration of the experience will be about 2 hours.

The experience is recommended for 18 year olds and above.
The wine tasting is reserved for adults only. Minors can take part in the experience free of charge: contact the winery to communicate their presence after the booking confirmation.
The winery is wheelchair-accessible.

The experience is bookable all year round from Monday to Saturday.

If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund! If you have set the date of your Gift Voucher and bad weather has prevented the activity from taking place, the Voucher remains valid until the expiry date indicated on it.
