Unusual and fascinating: the history of this winery in Upper Piedmont begins in a farmstead dating back to 1669 and has come down to the present day, carrying with it a tradition strongly linked to the territory.
At the Ca' Nova winery in Bogogno, you will explore the vineyards and discover the secrets of winemaking, ending with a unique convivial moment.
A 1. 5-hour experience in which you will taste 4 glasses of excellent wines accompanied by selected local products!
What we will do
The appointment is at the selected time at the Ca' Nova winery in Bogogno (NO), in the beautiful setting of the Novara hills, surrounded by the Bogogno golf course. We will be welcomed by our guide, who will open the doors of this historic farmhouse dating back to 1669 to tell us a centuries-long story.
We will begin our tour with a walk through the vineyard, and then enter the place where the magic happens: the cellar! We will visit the areas dedicated to processing and vinification, concluding the tour in the impressive ageing room. The guide will explain each stage of production, revealing how the area's prestigious DOC and DOCG wines are made.
Afterwards, we will be seated for the tasting, which will take place in different settings depending on the season and the size of the group: from the characteristic tasting room, to the porticos overlooking the vineyard, to the barrel area for a more intimate atmosphere. We will taste 4 glasses of wine to choose from local excellences such as Ghemme, Nebbiolo, Vespolina, Erbaluce or Metodo Classico sparkling wines.
Each goblet will be served in combination with an individual board with small samples of the territory, designed to enhance the organoleptic characteristics of each label.
The experience will last a total of about 1. 5 hours.
Who it is aimed at
The experience is recommended for 18 year olds and above. The wine tasting is reserved for adults only. Any accompanying under-age persons may participate in the experience free of charge.
The facility is not wheelchair-accessible.

The experience takes place all year round and is confirmed with a minimum number of 2 people.
