Ready to move up to the 'pro' level of wine tourism? If you're looking for an experience that has character (and a few degrees more) , the Tenuta Cervelli in Broccostella is ready to become your favourite place.
Here you will find not only wine, but a tasting that includes a selection of wines and spirits paired with a board of local delicacies!
What we will do
The appointment is at the selected time at the Cervelli Estate in Broccostella (FR), in the setting of the beautiful Comino Valley.
Together with the guide, we will begin the tour among the vineyards on the slopes of the Apennines, walking on soils composed of a perfect balance of clay and limestone. The guide will show us the work of recovering rare varieties such as the Maturano and tell us how the philosophy of 'minimal intervention' allows the earth to express itself freely in each bunch.
We will then get to the heart of the experience with a tasting of five of the estate's wines, chosen according to seasonality to ensure the best possible tasting. But the journey doesn't end there: we will move on to spirits, produced in collaboration with an expert distiller. We will be able to taste delicacies such as white Cabernet Grappa, Ratafia from Cabernet grapes or special selections such as London Dry Gin.
To balance the gradation and delight the palate, each participant will receive a small platter of local products from 0 km. This will be the perfect opportunity to appreciate the minerality and structure of our products in a relaxed and authentic atmosphere.
The experience will last about 1½ hours in total.
Who it is aimed at
The experience is recommended from 18 years of age. The wine and spirits tasting is reserved for adults only. Any accompanying minors pay the full fee, while children under 10 years of age pay on request.
The facility is accessible to persons with mobility problems and in wheelchairs.

The experience takes place all year round and is confirmed with a minimum number of 2 people.

If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund! If you have set the date of your Gift Voucher and bad weather has prevented the activity from taking place, the Voucher remains valid until the expiry date indicated on it.
