"Viva la pappa col pomodoro!" sang Rita Pavone, and here in Arezzo this iconic Tuscan recipe will take centre stage at your table.
Book a complete food and wine experience that will begin with a free walk among the olive groves and vineyards of the estate, followed by an open-air wine tasting among the barrels and picnic tables.
You will taste 3 glasses of excellence accompanied by truffle products, which you can enrich with typical local dishes!
What we will do
The appointment is at the selected time at the meeting point in Antria in Arezzo, in the beautiful setting of the Tuscan hills. We will be welcomed by the staff of the facility, who will introduce us to the philosophy of this farmhouse surrounded by greenery.
We will begin our experience with an independent tour of the property's olive grove and vineyard. We will have the freedom to stroll among the rows of vines, enjoying the view and the tranquillity of the place without constraints, discovering first-hand where the products we are going to taste are born.
Next, we will take a seat in the tasting area: an outdoor bar set up with characteristic barrels and picnic tables, perfect for an informal, "bucolic" atmosphere. Here we will be served three glasses of wine: a Chianti Rosso Colli Aretini, a Chianti Riserva and a Rosato IGT.
The gastronomic itinerary will be a true explosion of flavours: we will taste bruschette with new oil, original black truffle popcorn, bruschette with white and white truffle butter, aged cheese with truffle honey and summer black truffle mayonnaise. If we have chosen the ' premiumtasting' option, the banquet will be enriched with traditional classics: pappa al pomodoro, Tuscan ribollita and, to end on a sweet note, Tuscan peaches in syrup.
The experience will last a total of 1 hour for the basic tasting option or about 1½ hours for the premium option.
Who it is aimed at
The experience is recommended for 18 year olds and above.
The wine tasting is reserved for adults only. Any accompanying minors or people with astemia can participate in the experience at a reduced cost, and they will be offered a fruit nectar of their choice.
The facility is accessible to persons with mobility problems.

The experience takes place from April to September and is confirmed for a minimum number of 2 participants.

Dogs are allowed, provided they are kept under control within the glamping area to ensure respect for all guests.

What happens in case of bad weather?
If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund! If you have set the date of your Gift Voucher and bad weather has prevented the activity from taking place, the Voucher remains valid until the expiry date indicated on it.
If I cancel the reservation, can I get a full refund?
