If you are a wine enthusiast and crave authentic taste experiences, you cannot miss our wine tasting at Villa Corniole, nestled in the Val di Cembra, Trentino. Here not only the wines are protagonists, but also the local cured meats and cheeses, true treasures of the territory.
Join us on this food and wine adventure, where every sip of wine tells the passion and the story of those who, every day, dedicate themselves to the land with love. Let yourself be won over by 4 wines of excellence, accompanied by local products, selected to enhance the unique flavours of this land.
What we will do
The appointment is scheduled 5 minutes before the selected time at the winery of Villa Corniole in Giovo (TN). On your arrival, a member of the family will welcome you and guide you on a tour of the winery.
During the tour, which lasts about half an hour, you will discover the secrets of wine production and the dedication that goes into the creation of each bottle every day. The cellar, almost a treasure hidden underground, uses the power of nature to mature the wines in the purest possible way.
The experience will continue with a tasting of four glasses of wine, carefully selected from the classic Pinot Grigio, Chardonnay, Müller Thurgau, Gewürztraminer, Teroldego and Lagrein and the Trento Doc sparkling wines. You will be able to savour the essence of the unique mineral soils, enriched by a pairing with local cured meats and cheeses that will enhance the flavours of the wines.
The activity lasts about an hour and a half in total, including a 30-minute visit to the winery and a 60-minute tasting session.
Who it is aimed at
The wine tasting is reserved for participants aged 18 and over. For any accompanying under-age participants attending free of charge, water or, if available, soft drinks are available.
The tasting room is wheelchair-accessible.
Other information
The experience is available from Monday to Saturday all year round and is confirmed with a minimum of 4 participants.
Subject to winery availability, the wines to be tasted can be chosen according to the preferences of the participants but must be the same for the group.
A visit to the vineyard is not foreseen, as the vineyards in Val di Cembra are all scattered and not always close to the winery.
The English-speaking guide is only available on request. To request it, contact the organiser in advance at the contact details you will receive by e-mail with your booking confirmation.

Dogs are allowed on the premises, but must remain outside the cellar.

What happens in case of bad weather?
If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for the safe conduct of the activity (in the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for you to conduct the activity. You can freely choose whether or not to accept these proposals. If you can’t retrieve it, we will process a full refund! If you have set the date for your Gift Voucher and bad weather did not allow the activity to take place, the Voucher remains regularly valid until the expiration date indicated on it.
If I cancel the reservation, can I get a full refund?
For this activity, the cancellation policy is last minute. You get a full refund if you cancel within 24 hours from the activity start. You can find the full policies in the Policy di cancellazione section.
