If you dream of wild horses and endless prairies at night, your place is here: in a panoramic Tepee in the Tuscan Maremma!
A shelter inspired by Native American tents, but with many extra comforts, from the king-size bed to the private bathroom, from the double hammock to the zero-kilometre breakfast.
It will not be a simple stay, but an escape into nature that smells of freedom!
What we will do
Check-in is from 16: 00 at the property in Civitella Paganico (GR). On arrival you will be welcomed by the staff at reception and taken to your large Tepee, in a panoramic position on an 85-hectarefarm in the Tuscan Maremma.
The interior of the Tepee will surprise you with its large spaces and furnishings that have been carefully designed in every detail, to give you that sensation of freedom and warmth typical of Native American lodgings. In the centre is a king-size double bed with memory mattress (with the possibility of adding two single beds. The en-suite bathroom is equipped with shower, toilet, washbasin, bidet, hairdryer and organic toiletries.
Outside you will find a relaxation area with a double hammock, from which you can admire the most beautiful sunset of your life. Other details that make the difference: incense, essential oils and candles; a wide selection of infusions and herbal teas; hot and cold water bottle, Wi-Fi and mini bar with drinks (extra charge) . Linen, towels and shower towels are included.
The accommodation is located in a strategic position for visiting some of Tuscany's most beautiful landscapes: about 40 minutes' drive from Siena and the Val d'Orcia and a short distance from the Parco dell'Uccellina.
You can decide to enrich your stay with some optional activities to be paid on site, such as an aperitif, a zero-kilometre dinner with a seasonal menu,exclusive access to the Hot Tub (larch tub with heated water) , e-bike rental to explore the surroundings, and a 4x4 tour to discover the Maremma.
A buffet breakfast is included and is served in the common room from 8: 00 to 10: 00, with sweet products and, on request, savoury options at no extra cost.
Check-out is by 10: 30 am.
Who it is aimed at
The Tepee is ideal for a couple, but can accommodate up to 4 persons.
A surcharge of 30€ is payable locally for each additional single bed (max. 2) . For children sleeping in their parents' bed, only breakfast (€10) is payable locally. To communicate the presence of a child or request an additional bed, please contact the property at the contact details given in your booking confirmation email.
The accommodation is not wheelchair accessible.

Accommodation is available all year round. Check-in is from 16: 00 and check-out by 10: 30. Please communicate your arrival time to the contact details given in your booking confirmation email.
Small dogs (up to 3. 5 kg) are allowed free of charge, subject to prior notification.
The tourist tax of 2€ per person (except for children under 8 years old) , to be paid on site in cash, is not included in the fee.
The following additional services are available, to be booked directly with the hotel and paid on site
- aperitif served at the hotel, 20€ per couple;
- dinner in the dining room with a seasonal menu, 55€ per couple, drinks not included;
- bivouac dinner under the stars (April to October) or in the room, 65€ per couple, excluding drinks;
- Hot Tub with exclusive access, 50€ per couple;
- e-bike rental, 20€ for half a day, 40€ for full day.
In the event of allergies and/or food intolerances, please inform the hotel in advance.
The facility cannot be reached by public transport. On request, a shuttle service is available (€10 per couple) from the Civitella Marittima and Paganico stations. Free parking is available at the accommodation.

What happens in case of bad weather?
If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund! If you have set the date of your Gift Voucher and bad weather has prevented the activity from taking place, the Voucher remains valid until the expiry date indicated on it.
If I cancel the reservation, can I get a full refund?
For this activity, the cancellation policy is very strict. You get a full refund if you cancel within 31 days from the activity start date. Within 30 and 15 days from the activity start date you will get a 50% refund. You can find the full policies in the Cancellation Policy section.
