Full description
Experience the unique sensation of piloting an aircraft by taking part in our pilot test in Basilicata.
After a theory lesson, you will climb aboard an ultralight and try to take control of the aircraft; all thanks to the teachings of a professional pilot with 25 years of experience.
A 30-minute flight for a total experience of 1 hour, which you will remember for the rest of your life!
What we will do
I will be waiting for you at the selected time at the meeting point in Lavello (PZ). I, your pilot and flight instructor, will welcome you on your arrival!
Once the participants have gathered, a 30-minute theory lesson will take place, during which I will provide you with all the useful information on the ultralight aircraft and its piloting; I will also explain how the dual controls work, so that you can then experience the thrill of piloting an aircraft.
It will then be time to board theAlpi Pioneer 300 ultralight: the fixed-wing aircraft consists of a closed cabin with instructor and participant stations side by side.
Hands on the dual controls, we will be ready for take-off: we will fly for about 30 minutes over the plains between Basilicata and Puglia, with views of Mount Vulture and Lake Monticchio. And of course, you will be able to take control of the aircraft and turn yourself into a pilot for the occasion!
We will finally land at the meeting point. The experience will last 1 hour in total.
Who it is aimed at
The experience is suitable for 16 years of age and over; children under 18 must have signed authorisation.
Good health, a maximum height of 1.90 m and a maximum weight of 110 kg are required to participate in this activity.
Other information
Attention! You will be notified by the organiser one day before the selected date of the experience, as this is strictly dependent on weather conditions.
The experience takes place all year round subject to weather and wind conditions at the organiser's discretion.
The theoretical part of the activity may be shared with other participants; the practical part will be carried out individually with the instructor.
The meeting point cannot be reached by public transport.

What happens in case of bad weather?
If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for the safe conduct of the activity (in the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for you to conduct the activity. You can freely choose whether or not to accept these proposals. If you can’t retrieve it, we will process a full refund! If you have set the date for your Gift Voucher and bad weather did not allow the activity to take place, the Voucher remains regularly valid until the expiration date indicated on it.
If I cancel the reservation, can I get a full refund?
