Explore the beautiful sights overlooking Lake Trasimeno, the largest lake in central Italy.
Enjoy a 2½-hour scenic buggy tour through the hills, past panoramic viewpoints and along adrenaline-fuelled off-road stretches!
With your expert guide by your side, all you’ll need to worry about is having fun.
What we will do
The event will take place at the meeting point in Passignano sul Trasimeno (PG), at the time specified when booking. We’ll be welcomed by our guide, who will accompany us on this two-wheeled adventure.
After introducing ourselves and getting to grips with our vehicles, we’ll be ready to set off on our buggy tour along scenic roads and off-road trails. We’ll make our way through the hills surrounding Lake Trasimeno, reaching the summit of a mountain from where we can admire the stunning landscape.
On the horizon, we’ll catch sight of the imposing silhouette of Monte Amiata, towering over Isola Polvese,Isola Maggiore and Isola Minore in the centre of the lake. Among the other attractions we’ll encounter along our tour are Magione Castle, the Leaning Tower of Vernazzano and a wild, lush pasture to cross in the buggy.
During our adventure, we’ll be able to stop at the route’s most beautiful vantage points to take photographs or simply be enchanted by the view. In particular, we’ll enjoy a stop at a local café, situated near a spectacular viewpoint. You can’t go wrong: a huge heart framing the landscape will confirm that you’re in the right place!
The route, between 20 and 25 km long, will finally take us back to the meeting point after a 2½-hour excursion.
Who it is aimed at
The driver must be over 18 years of age and hold a B licence or equivalent, including a foreign one. New drivers are also welcome to drive the vehicle. Aminimum age of 6 is required for passengers .

The activity is available all year round.
During the hike, it will be possible to switch to the guide if both participants meet the necessary requirements.
The meeting point can be reached by public transport; parking is available on site.

If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund! If you have set the date of your Gift Voucher and bad weather has prevented the activity from taking place, the Voucher remains valid until the expiry date indicated on it.
If I cancel the reservation, can I get a full refund?
