Full description
Hungry for new adventures? On board a 4x4 driven by an experienced driver, you will explore the roads leading to the summit of Mount Limbara, 1100 metres above sea level, amidst the landscapes of northern Sardinia.
Along the approximately four-hour route, you will visit the Tomb of the Giants of Pascaredda, with its archaeological finds dating back to the Nuragic period, and then admire astonishing views of northern Gallura and Corsica in the distance.

What we will do
We will meet at 9.30 a.m . at the meeting point communicated at the time of booking, in Tempio Pausania (SS).
After welcoming you on board, I will switch on the engine of our 4x4 off-road vehicle and drive you in the direction of the Tomb of the Giants of Pascaredda, a characteristic cemetery of Nuragic villages located in the Gallura countryside, today an important archaeological site. In total we will cover between 25 and 30 km during our day together.
After the visit to the Tomb of the Giants, we will get back into the car and venture on adventurous dirt roads towards Monte Limbara, to the village of Vallicciola.
We will take the opportunity to make a short stop where we will make coffee and have a snack with drinks, water, cheese and local sausage.
Back on board the off-roader, we will continue our ascent of Mount Limbara: from the summit we will be able to admire the splendid panorama of northern Gallura and spot Corsica in the distance.
We will then descend towards Tempio Pausania to return around 13:30, after a four-hour tour.

The excursion is available all year round, every day, and is confirmed with a minimum of 2 participants .
The off-road vehicle can accommodate up to 5 persons, plus the driver. For small children, parents may bring their own child seat or booster seat on board.

If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for the safe conduct of the activity (in the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for you to conduct the activity. You can freely choose whether or not to accept these proposals. If you can’t retrieve it, we will process a full refund! If you have set the date for your Gift Voucher and bad weather did not allow the activity to take place, the Voucher remains regularly valid until the expiration date indicated on it.
If I cancel the reservation, can I get a full refund?
