Full description
Is there really a more beautiful sea than the one that bathes Alghero? Perhaps there is, the sea at Alghero... in the colours of the sunset!
Climb aboard a vintage sailboat and sail during a 2-hour tour on the transparent waters of Sardinia. Between dips and toasts, you can enjoy the spectacle of the sun disappearing over the horizon in one of Italy's most enchanting corners.
What we will do
We will meet at the port of Alghero 15 minutes before departure at 18.30. The skipper will welcome us and take us aboard the Motor Sailer, a beautiful vintage sailboat that can accommodate up to 10 people.
After leaving the moorings, we will head towards Punta Negra or La Maddalenetta, depending on the weather and sea conditions of the day. Punta Negra is famous for its calm, clear waters and a great place to admire the sunset, while La Maddalenetta is a small, enchanting island in the Maddalena Archipelago.
Once we reach the chosen spot, we will drop anchor to enjoy a dip and relax, lulled by the waves, while the skipper will prepare anaperitif with croutons, chips, pizzas, and more, accompanied by soft drinks, beer, and, of course, some local vermentino.
We will wait for thehour of sunset in a romantic and convivial atmosphere, enjoying snacks and toasting together to this experience.
We will return to port around 8.30 p.m., after about two hours.
Who it is aimed at
The activity is suitable for everyone over the age of 4. Minors must be accompanied by an adult.
The boat is not wheelchair accessible.
Other information
The activity takes place from May to September and is confirmed with a minimum of 6 participants.
You will be on board the Motor Sailer, a 10-metre, vintage '78 sailing and motor boat equipped with a galley, dinette, toilet, sofas and a cockpit where you can have lunch in the bow. You stay barefoot on board.
Important: the itinerary may vary depending on the marine weather conditions of the day.
Dogs are not allowed on board.
The meeting place is easily accessible by public transport.
