Did you know that the coast of Calabria is among the richest in unspoilt natural beauty you will ever find when travelling around Italy?
If the answer is no, then it's time to set sail from Bagnara Calabra for atwo-and-a-half-hour boat trip and see up close how amazing the Costa Viola can be. On the surface Mediterranean flora and fauna, underwater plenty of underwater life that you can admire with mask and snorkel.
And if that's not enough adventure, there are all the coves and caves along the coast to explore together!
What we will do
We will meet about 20 minutes before departure in Bagnara Calabra to meet the guide and skipper. After a short briefing to remind us of some safety rules, we will be ready to depart. The first stop on our tour is Grotta del Monaco, which we will explore closely on board the boat.
Our first swim will be in Cala Jaculla, an oasis of peace and nature for a swim we will never forget. Here we will don mask and snorkel and dive in search of colourful fish. After a 40-minute stop, we will be ready to set off again towards the largest cave on the coast, Grotta delle Rondini.
Below the coast we will continue our navigation exploring Cala Leone, the Piscina di Venere and the Chiesetta del Monaco. Depending on sea and weather conditions, we will make another 40-minute swim stop at one of these locations.
Back on board to dry off in the sun, we will return to the port of departure to conclude our approximately 2½-hour activity.
Who it is aimed at
The activity is suitable for everyone and has no age limit.
Unfortunately, the boat is not wheelchair accessible, while it is possible for those with mobility disabilities.

The activity can take place from May to September every day and is confirmed with a minimum of 2 participants.
Attention! Please arrive at least 20 minutes before departure.
The boat is a comfortable catamaran for up to 20 people, with a toilet, bar service, freshwater shower, cushions, sundeck, shaded area, a few snorkelling masks, floats and the possibility of karaoke. In the high season, depending on the number of participants, a larger boat (catamaran) may be used.
Small dogs are allowed on board.
There is the possibility of bringing food and drinks on board.

What happens in case of bad weather?
If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for the safe conduct of the activity (in the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for you to conduct the activity. You can freely choose whether or not to accept these proposals. If you can’t retrieve it, we will process a full refund! If you have set the date for your Gift Voucher and bad weather did not allow the activity to take place, the Voucher remains regularly valid until the expiration date indicated on it.
If I cancel the reservation, can I get a full refund?
