Let yourself be surprised by the timeless atmosphere of medieval Gaeta. On board aboat equipped with every comfort, you can discover the history and anecdotes of the area and admire some of its most hidden gems in the distance.
Castles, fortifications overhanging the sea, cliffs, caves: all seen from a unique perspective, lulled by the waves of the sea.
Get ready to dive into a truly astonishing two-hour tour and snorkel in the crystal-clear waters of Quaranta Remi, a small natural pool accessible only by sea. What are you waiting for?
What we will do
We will meet at the Porto Antico in Gaeta, at the time chosen at the time of booking, and set off on an 11-metre boat built in one of the area's historic shipyards. On board we will be welcomed by our skipper, who will guide us on a tour of discovery of Gaeta's medieval history.
We will immediately have the chance to admire some of its most historic churches in the distance, such as the Church of San Giovanni a Mare, the Cathedral of Sant'Erasmo, the Church of San Francesco, the remains of the Bastioni and the Church of the Annunziata.
Still lulled by the waves, we will then continue towards Punta Stendardo, with its fortifications overhanging the sea, the Guarinelli Palace and the Church of San Domenico. From here we will stop at theBlue Oasis of Monte Orlando, where we can admire the ancient Angevin and Aragonese Castles, the cliffs of Monte Orlando, the Grotta del Turco and the Montagna Spaccata.
The route will continue to Serapo, the most famous beach on the Gaeta coastline, and then to Pozzo del Diavolo, a large cave of volcanic origin that extends both at sea level and underwater.
As a last stop, we will stop at Quaranta Remi, a natural pool that can only be reached by swimming or by boat, a favourite destination for those who love diving. Equipped with a snorkelling kit (included), we will have the opportunity to dive to discover the marine fauna and flora, before setting off again towards the port.

The tour is available all year round, subject to weather and sea conditions, and is confirmed with a minimum of four participants.
The 11-metre boat is equipped with seating and a tent for sun protection. There is a toilet on board.
Pleasenote: arrive at least 15 minutes before the start time.
Dogs are allowed on board.
Bathing is only allowed in the summer months and depending on weather conditions.
