Full description
Knock, knock, who's there? Neptune, waiting for you for asailing excursion!
In the company of a skipper, you will sail off the Latium coast: you will learn the basics of sailing and take part in life on board, like a real 'crew'.
Lunch and an aperitif will not be missing, to toast this day on the boat!
What we will do
The appointment is at 10:00 am at the meeting point in Nettuno (RM). We will be welcomed by the skipper, who will accompany us on this sailing experience!
Once on board, we will cast off our moorings and venture out into the open sea. As soon as we meet the wind, the unfailing companion of sailing, we will begin to sail. It is then that the skipper will explain the basics of sailing and we will be able to actively participate in life on board for an even more engaging experience!
For lunch (included) we will stop in a quiet cove near Anzio or Torre Astura: the menu includes an appetiser, starter and water. We will then continue on our sail, sailing towards the sunset which will be the backdrop to an aperitif (included) with alcoholic or non-alcoholic drinks accompanied by assorted snacks.
We will finally return to the meeting point at approximately 17:00. The total experience will last 7 hours.
Who it is aimed at
The experience is suitable for ages 6 and up; children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
The boat is not wheelchair-accessible.
Other information
The experience is available from March to May and in October and is confirmed on reaching a minimum number of 4 participants.
On-site parking is available for a fee. The meeting point can be reached by public transport.
Theboat is a sailboat; the organiser has several sailboats that he uses according to availability. On board the boat you remain barefoot, no shoes are allowed. Dogs are not allowed on board.
