Full description
Set sail from Salerno for a boat adventure that seems straight out of a film of yesteryear!
Together with an experienced skipper, you will spend a whole day discovering the Amalfi Coast: you will sail along the coast, touching gems such as Amalfi and Positano, and discover coves and inlets only accessible by sea.
Between a toast of prosecco and a dip in the blue, you will discover that happiness has the smell of saltiness and the taste of limoncello!
What we will do
The appointment is 10 minutes before the indicated time at the meeting point in Salerno. Awaiting us will be the skipper who will accompany us on our excursion on board a typical gozzo, ready to leave the port behind and immerse ourselves in beauty.
We will start the navigation skirting the villages of Vietri sul Mare, Cetara and Erchie, admiring the cliffs plunging into the sea. We will pass Maiori, Minori and Atrani, until we reach the famous Amalfi. Along the way, we will make up to 3 anchor swim stops of about 45 minutes each at strategic points such as the Conca dei Marini area, the suggestive Fiordo di Furore or near Positano.
We will have snorkelling equipment available to explore the seabed during the water breaks. For lunch, we will be able to eat our packed lunch on board or take advantage of a stop ashore in Amalfi or Positano; the skipper will guarantee a stop to allow us to buy something to eat or enjoy an hour of freedom among the alleys.
An aperitif will also be served on board with fresh fruit, snacks , prosecco and limoncello, as well as soft drinks always available. Finally, we will return to the starting point. The activity will last about 7 hours in total.
Who it is aimed at
The activity is suitable for ages 2 and up; children under 18 must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
The boat is not wheelchair-accessible; inform the guide of the presence of passengers with mobility difficulties in order to better organise safe boarding (you will receive contact details by e-mail with your booking confirmation) .
Other information
The tour is bookable from May to September and is confirmed with a minimum number of 3 participants. The itinerary and stops may vary depending on weather and sea conditions.
The boat used is a typical Amalfi gozzo, 33 feet long and equipped with a toilet, cabin, shower and awning.
If you have any food allergies or intolerances, please inform the organisers in advance at the contact details given in your confirmation e-mail.
Dogs are not allowed on board, except for guide dogs.
On-site parking spaces are available for a fee. The meeting point can be reached by public transport. On request and with a supplement, it is possible to request pick-up from your accommodation/hotel in Salerno and the surrounding area.

What happens in case of bad weather?
If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund! If you have set the date of your Gift Voucher and bad weather has prevented the activity from taking place, the Voucher remains valid until the expiry date indicated on it.
If I cancel the reservation, can I get a full refund?
For this activity, the cancellation policy is flexible. You get a full refund if you cancel within 5 days from the activity start date. Within 4 and 3 days from the activity start date you will get a 50% refund. You can find the full policies in the Cancellation Policy section.
