If there is one place in Sardinia that can unleash all the beauty of the sea and nature, it is theLa Maddalena Archipelago National Park!
Don't believe it? Get on board and you will understand why this destination is so loved by everyone who has visited it!
Spend a full day among the islands, diving into the waters embraced by hidden coves or the Budelli Natural Pools or enjoying the view off the beautiful Pink Beach.
An on-board lunch of Sardinian delicacies will be the icing on the cake.
What we will do
We will meet at 10.00 am in Palau to embark on the Gipsy that will accompany us on this boat excursion among the islands of the La Maddalena Archipelago. We will set sail punctually at 10.30 a.m . once we have all arrived and arranged the boat to sail between the islands.
The first stop will be Spargi with Cala Corsara, where we will stop for a swim of about an hour. We will then visit the smaller islands such as Budelli, the Piscine Naturali between Santa Maria and Razzoli , and stop if time permits for another dip.
Before lunch we will pass the Spiaggia Rosa (Pink Beach), now closed since '94, to immortalise it with a few photographs. We will then stop in a cove sheltered from the wind and sit down at the table to enjoy some typical Sardinian specialities: starters of Sardinian cold cuts and cheeses, a first course, water and wine. An inevitable coffee or the excellent myrtle to digest.
We will resume sailing in search of another unmissable view and a new cove for a swim and, at snack time, we will be offered fruit and a sparkling wine with a sweet.
At 5 p.m. we will return to the port of Palau to conclude our approximately 7-hour excursion.
Who it is aimed at
The activity is open to everyone, with no age limit. Children from 0 to 3 years old do not pay, but it is necessary to report their presence to the organiser (you will receive the contact details in the booking confirmation email).
It is notwheelchair-accessible as the walkway is not suitable.
Other information
The activity takes place every day from May to September.
We will be on board the Gipsy, an 11-metre powerboat equipped with all comforts, including a dinette, sofa, bedroom and bathroom. There is also a sundeck at the bow and a stern platform from which to dive.
Dogs are allowed if small.
For lunch, arrangements can be made to accommodate guests with allergies and intolerances with advance notice. Notify the skipper in advance (you will receive contact details by e-mail with the booking confirmation).
The itinerary may vary depending on the maritime weather conditions.
You can also arrive at the meeting point by public transport. Subject to availability, it is possible to organise the tour from La Maddalena Island with departure at 9.30 am. To make a request, contact the organiser at the contact details that will be sent to you by e-mail with the booking confirmation.
