Give your summer a twist and join the dinghy tour along the Baunei Coast in Sardinia. You will discover beautiful beaches, an enchanting sea and breathtaking landscapes that will remain in your heart.
Armed with a camera or your smartphone, you will be able to capture the extraordinary Baus waterfalls, the Grotta dei Colombi (Cave of the Pigeons ) and the picturesque beach of Goloritzé with its crystal-clear waters in splendid shots. You will visit the beaches of Cala Mariolu, Cala Biriala and Cala Sisine, famous for its striking cliffs and transparent waters.
This tour will introduce you to Sardinia from a privileged point of view, that of the sea!
What we will do
The meeting is at 8 a.m. at the port of Santa Maria Navarrese, a hamlet of Baunei. About 15 minutes later the skipper will greet us and, after the usual introductions, we will board the dinghy and set off at 8.30 am.
Navigation will include several stops to immortalise the landscape in superb shots. In particular, we will stop at the Pedralonga Spire, the enchanting Baus waterfalls falling into the sea, the Grotta dei Colombi (Pigeon Cave ) and the Goloritzé beach, which boasts the most beautiful waters on the entire coast.
We will then descend to the beach of Cala Mariolu, voted the most beautiful beach in Italy in 2016, to that of Cala Biriala, dominated by a forest of holm oaks and junipers and with the perfect seabed for snorkelling, and to Cala Sisine, with its expanse of white pebbles framed by high cliffs.
Stops at each of these 3 beaches will take about 1½ hours, while the order of visits may vary depending on the period chosen and weather conditions.
Between stops, there will be the possibility of visiting the Grotta del Fico (Fig Cave), to get to the heart of this limestone coastline(optional, to be paid on site). On our return, we will visit in more detail the inlets of Portu Cuau and Portu Pedrosu, the famous fjords developed between the walls of Capo Monte Santo.
Finally, a panoramic tour of the Islet of Ogliastra will await us before we return to port, around 4.30 pm. The tour lasts a total of eight hours.
Who it is aimed at
The tour is suitable for everyone and has no age limit. Children aged 0 to 3 years participate free of charge: please contact the organiser at the contact details given in your booking confirmation email to indicate their possible presence.
The boat is not wheelchair accessible.
Other information
The tour is available from May to October and is confirmed upon reaching a minimum number of 6 participants.
The dinghy is 7.80 metres long and is equipped with a sunshade awning, fresh water shower, refrigerator service, mobile phone charging service and sunshade.
The visit to the Grotta del Fico is optional: payment can be made on site by card or cash, at a cost of €10 for adults and €5 for children aged between 6 and 12. The visit lasts about 45 minutes.
Dogs are not allowed on board.
By public transport, it is possible to reach the centre of Santa Maria Navarrese, which is between 10 and 15 minutes' walk from the meeting point. There is a pay car park at the meeting point and a free car park nearby.

If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund! If you have set the date of your Gift Voucher and bad weather has prevented the activity from taking place, the Voucher remains valid until the expiry date indicated on it.
If I cancel the reservation, can I get a full refund?
