If you are looking for an original and romantic way to spend time with your sweetheart, then you must try the sunset dune buggy tour in theCerite hinterland!
A local guide will lead you along scenic and evocative trails in the Cerveteri area, where you can admire the beauty of the Roman countryside and ancient necropolis.
And you certainly cannot miss an included dinner to round off this extraordinary experience!
What we will do
The appointment is in Cerveteri, in the province of Rome. Here we will meet the local guide who will accompany us during the experience. After explaining the safety rules for enjoying the tour to the fullest, the guide will take us for a few test rides on the dune buggy to get familiar with the vehicle.
At this point we will be ready to set off on our romantic adventure. The guide will accompany us along a mostly dirt route of about 16 km, which crosses the San'Antonio ford to a viewpoint, through the Roman countryside and on off-road trails through the woods. The Cerite hinterland, a Unesco heritage site, will appear even more beautiful to our eyes thanks to the spectacular lights of sunset.
After two hours in the saddle, we will stop at Agri Risto, a local agriturismo, to enjoy a delicious dinner included in the fee.
The activity lasts a total of about 3 hours, including briefing, dune buggy tour and refreshment break.
Who it is aimed at
To drive the vehicle , a valid B licence is required, which must be shown at the start of the excursion. For passengers , the age limit is 8 years.

The activity takes place from April to October, at sunset.
Important: the participation fee is per dune buggy, on which one driver and one passenger can ride. During the tour there will be the possibility of swapping driving the vehicle.
The centre has 4 dune buggies, for a maximum total of 8 participants.
TheAgri Risto is a restaurant or agriturismo that has an agreement with the centre, where after the excursion you can stop for dinner (included in the fee). The menu includes a first course, a second course with side dish, dessert, coffee and unlimited drinks (water and wine). If you have any food allergies or intolerances, please contact the organiser at the contact details given in your booking confirmation email to communicate them.

If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for the safe conduct of the activity (in the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for you to conduct the activity. You can freely choose whether or not to accept these proposals. If you can’t retrieve it, we will process a full refund! If you have set the date for your Gift Voucher and bad weather did not allow the activity to take place, the Voucher remains regularly valid until the expiration date indicated on it.
