Have you ever wanted to cycle in a place where the horizon seems to have no boundaries? This e-bike excursion to Castelluccio di Norcia will catapult you into the wild heart of the Monti Sibillini National Park.
In the company of an official park guide, you will explore a plateau that is entirely around 1600 metres above sea level. And if you come between late June and early July, get ready for the shock of the Fioritura: a red and blue carpet so intense that your Instagram filters will beg for mercy.

What we will do
The appointment is 10 minutes before the indicated time at the meeting point in Arquata del Tronto (AP), where the guide will welcome us. After receiving our equipment (full e-bike and helmet) and an initial briefing, we will set off on our Sibillini adventure.
The route runs for about 40 km, remaining constantly at an altitude of around 1600 metres, giving us crisp air and views that never seem to end. From the suggestive pass of Forca di Presta, the natural balcony on the Sibillini, we will plunge into the beating heart of the plateau.
We will cross in succession the Piano Piccolo (Small Plain) , the majestic Piano Grande (Great Plain ) and the legendary Piano Perduto (Lost Plain) , pedalling along paths that, although accessible, offer some slightly exposed passages for that little bit of adrenalin that never hurts.
During the day we will face a difference in altitude of about 1000 metres, made pleasant by the thrust of the electric motor. If we choose the period between the end of June and the beginning of July, we will find ourselves cycling in the middle of the Fioritura: an explosion of red and blue so intense that you will find it hard to believe your eyes.
To recharge our batteries, we will make a lunch stop: we can have our packed meal at a scenic spot or decide together with the guide to stop at an affiliated restaurant. Lunch is not included and will be arranged with the guide.
After exploring every corner of this natural "palette" and admiring the peaks that embrace the Piani, we will return to our starting point. The activity will last a total of 6 hours, including stops.
Who it is aimed at
The activity is of medium level and is open to all, from 14 years of age and with a minimum height of 150 cm. Minors must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
To participate, it is necessary to be able to ride a bicycle and be in good physical condition. Not recommended for those suffering from vertigo.

The tour is available all year round and is confirmed with a minimum of 2 participants.
The bikes provided are state-of-the-art full suspended (bi-mountain bikes ) , equipped with a powerful 1 kW battery that ensures a range of over 100 km. Sizes range from S to XL: be sure to communicate in advance the height of each participant by contacting the guide at the contact details given in the booking confirmation e-mail.
Child seats or baby carriages are not available, as the route is not suitable for their transportation.
Dogs are not allowed to participate in this activity.
There is free parking on site. The meeting point is not easily accessible by public transport.

If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund! If you have set the date of your Gift Voucher and bad weather has prevented the activity from taking place, the Voucher remains valid until the expiry date indicated on it.
