Have you ever tried the merenda sinoira? In Piedmont, there is no other way to have an aperitif!
The best way to enjoy it is undoubtedly after an e-bike ride through the vineyards of Monferrato, in the company of our local guide.
We already know that during the two-and-a-half-hour tour you won't be able to think of anything but the delicious finale!
What we will do
The appointment is 15 minutes before 09:30 at the meeting point in Cerrina Monferrato (AL). We will be welcomed by the guide ready to hand over our helmets and our rented e-bike.
Once all the participants have gathered, we will be explained how to use the e-bike, after which we will be ready to set off on the tour! Thanks to assisted pedalling, we will venture effortlessly through the hills of Monferrato, along a route chosen ad hoc by the guide according to the level and preferences of the entire group. Kilometre after kilometre, we will ride through woods and vineyards and have the opportunity to take a few stops to rest and admire the view while sitting on the area's Giant Benches .
Finally, we will return to the meeting point and, after saying goodbye to our guide, we will stop here to enjoy the so-called "merenda senoira", the typical Piedmontese aperitif consisting of local cold meats and cheeses, hors d'oeuvres and cold side dishes accompanied by a glass of wine or a drink of your choice.
Thee-bike excursion will last 2 ½ hours, the total experience will last 3 ½ hours.
Who it is aimed at
The experience is suitable for ages 10 and up; unaccompanied minors under the age of 18 must have a signed authorisation from a parent.
The activity is of an easy level and requires no special training.
Other information
The activity takes place all year round and is confirmed with a minimum of 2 participants.
Changing rooms with toilets are available on site; it is also possible to leave any personal items for safekeeping.
Theoverall duration of the activity may vary , as it is at the discretion of the individual participant to stay at the bar during the aperitif.
