Have you ever cycled through vineyards, medieval villages and silent sanctuaries... without breaking a sweat?
With this e-bike excursion from Certaldo to San Gimignano, you enjoy the best of the Tuscan countryside without thinking about fatigue. Just gentle climbs, postcard views and a light lunch with wine and local specialities.
A day on an e-bike between nature and taste, where the only effort will be deciding which view to photograph.
What we will do
The appointment is at 9 a.m. in Certaldo, where we will be given the e-bike and everything we need for the day. After a short briefing, off we go!
We will cycle along scenic secondary roads with low traffic, passing through the picturesque village of Pancole and on to the suggestive Sanctuary of Cellole, touching a stretch of the historic Via Francigena.
We will arrive in San Gimignano, the "Manhattan of the Middle Ages", where we will have about 45 minutes free time to explore the historic centre and visit Piazza della Cisterna. After retracing our steps through the centre (on foot, bike in hand for 300 m), we will climb back into the saddle to return to Certaldo, again along roads surrounded by greenery.
The tour will end with a tasty break in a wine shop, where a light lunch (included) based on typical local products awaits you: platter of cold cuts, crostoni or salad + glass of wine + water, all served outdoors in the pedestrianised centre.
Return is scheduled for 3 p.m., also crossing the Certaldo park, slightly downhill. The excursion lasts about 6 hours.
Who it is aimed at
The activity is at an easy level and is aimed at everyone from the age of 12 years and above, with aminimum height of 150 cm.
Bike riding skills are required.

The activity can be carried out every day throughout the year and is confirmed when there are at least 4 participants.
Important: within 2 days before the tour, it is mandatory to contact the guide to communicate weight and height, so that the most suitable e-bike can be assigned.
All e-bikes are equipped with a 630W battery and allow up to 80 km of autonomy; they are supplied with helmet, mobile phone holder, and padlock.
A light lunch is included in the fee; in case of food allergies or intolerances, please inform the guide in advance (you will receive contact details by e-mail with the booking confirmation.
Pet carriers are not available.
The meeting point can be reached by public transport; there is ample free parking on site.

If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund! If you have set the date of your Gift Voucher and bad weather has prevented the activity from taking place, the Voucher remains valid until the expiry date indicated on it.
If I cancel the reservation, can I get a full refund?
