Full description
Do you hear that noise? No, not that of your Vespa (it's electric, therefore very quiet) but the call of the Langhe!
Get in the saddle and get ready for a guided itinerary among medieval castles, gastronomic breaks and roads to enjoy, with the wind in your face and a glass of Barolo on your head (and in your hand, since the visit to the winery is included).
Verduno, La Morra, Barolo and many others: you will have a whole day to visit all the villages in the area and savour each stage slowly!
What we will do
The appointment is at 09:00 in Pocapaglia (CN), from where your adventure in the Langhe will start. You will be welcomed by the organising staff, ready to provide you with your Vespa Elettrica and a digital map with the recommended itinerary, the main stages and recharging points so that you can get around without any worries.
Once in the saddle, you will head straight for Verduno, a small jewel overlooking the hills, with a castle looking down on the vineyards and a welcoming historic centre.
From here you continue to La Morra, nicknamed 'the balcony of the Langhe' for its panoramic terraces. Between photos and a visit to the colourful Barolo Chapel, you can also recharge your Vespa, if you need to.
Then it's time to head toAzienda Agricola Marrone, also in La Morra, where a guided tour of the cellar awaits you, with family anecdotes and winemaking secrets, followed by a typical lunch of an antipasto, a first or second course of your choice, 3 glasses of matching wine, water and coffee.
In the afternoon, you will set off again towards Barolo, the 'capital' village of these lands, famous for its fine red wine of the same name, its cobbled streets and ancient cellars.
You will then continue in the direction of Monforte d'Alba, with its medieval streets and the profile of the castle towering among the vineyards. And finally Serralunga d'Alba and Grinzane Cavour, the latter linked to the history of the famous statesman Camillo Benso di Cavour.
Finally, you will have to return to your starting point by 19:00. The rental will last a maximum of 10 hours.
