Have you ever seen a Sicily where time seems to stand still... but you haven't, because you're speeding along on an enduro bike?
In Francavilla di Sicilia, in the spectacular Alcantara Valley, a two-hour guided tour on a 35 km off-road route awaits you: you ride along a stream, through an abandoned village and up to vantage points with views of Mount Etna and the sea on the east coast.
Strap on your helmet, hit the gas. The wildest Sicily awaits you.
What we will do
The appointment with the guide is 10 minutes before the selected time in Francavilla di Sicilia (ME), in the centre of the Alcantara Valley.
We begin with a quick but useful briefing: no endless theory, just enough time to understand how to tame our enduro bike. Then helmet on head, engines started... and off we go! We will ride a few kilometres along the Zaviani Torrent, between gentle bends and the greenery that envelops everything.
From there the climb will begin. The narrow mountain roads will take us to a ghost town abandoned since the post-war period. Time for a photo, a chat and then back in the saddle, with our gaze ever wider: the sea, Mount Etna, the entire eastern coast of Sicily as a backdrop.
After about an hour, we reach a high vantage point at the gateway to the Alcantara Wind Park. Another stop to recharge our batteries and admire the landscape before returning to the starting point.
The activity has a total duration of about 2 hours.
Who it is aimed at
Anyone who is at least 18 years old and has a valid A or B licence (also foreign) may participate.
It is important to already be familiar with riding a motorbike, although the course is simple and suitable for those approaching the world of enduro riding for the first time.

The experience takes place all year round.
The motorbikes used are single-seaters: each participant will ride their own, with no passengers on board.
The meeting point cannot be reached by public transport. Free parking is available on site.

If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund! If you have set the date of your Gift Voucher and bad weather has prevented the activity from taking place, the Voucher remains valid until the expiry date indicated on it.
