Full description
The timeless charm of a wooden galleon and the beauty of Lampedusa for a day that will leave you speechless! Let yourself be captivated by the friendliness of the galleon pirates and their parrot Gennarino, for an alternative and entertaining experience.
Admire the beautiful coastal landscape amidst dips, cocktails and good music. The Captain will take you to unmissable places in Lampedusa, from Tabaccara toIsola dei Conigli.
And to crown this day, enjoy a delicious lunch on board!
What we will do
The rendezvous is in Lampedusa at 10:00 am. Upon arrival, boarding operations will begin.
Departure is scheduled for around 10:45am, as soon as boarding is complete. We will sail along the south coast of the island to visit Cala Croce Beach, Portu N'Toni Beach and Cala Madonna Beach, true corners of paradise to be immortalised in a thousand photographs.
After visiting coves such as Cala Greca and Cala Galera to the rhythm of music , we will arrive at Tabaccara, the natural swimming pool and home of the so-called flying boats. Here we will enjoy a long swim and refresh ourselves in the paradisiacal waters of Lampedusa. Between the Tabaccara and theIsola dei Conigli, a few metres from Domenico Modugno's famous villa, we will enjoy an excellent lunch on board with an appetiser of bruschetta and sushi and a first course, followed by fruit in the afternoon.
Immediately after lunch, our percussionists and entertainers will make us dance and sing, and then we will set sail again with destination Cala Pulcino and zona dell'Acqua, a rocky beach bathed by clear water. We will then continue towards Capo Ponente, where you can also admire theLampione Island. Arriving at the northern side, we will sail between Lampedusa and its Faraglione, the Sacramento Rock.
We will enter caves and breathtaking bays where we will enjoy more swimming stops. Passing the Lampedusa Lighthouse, Cape Grecale, we will anchor in Cala Creta.
The experience, including embarkation time, will last a total of about 6½ hours and will end with the return to the port of departure.
Who it is aimed at
The activity is suitable for everyone, with no age limit. Minors must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
Children under the age of 3 can participate free of charge: please inform us of their presence after booking confirmation.
Other information
The activity takes place from June to mid-October.
You sail on board a galleon that can accommodate up to 80 passengers, equipped with shaded areas and toilets. On board there is entertainment with live music, a 4 m diving board and a cocktail bar service (drinks not included, to be paid on board).
In case of food allergies and/or intolerances, please inform the organisers at the contact details given in your booking confirmation email.
Gadgets can be purchased on board, e.g. souvenir photos with the parrot Gennarino and the pirate Jack Sparrow and t-shirts.
The meeting point can be reached by public transport; a pay car park is available nearby.
