This is the landscape you can admire when visiting Spargi, Budelli and Santa Maria. The jewel-islands of theLa Maddalena Archipelago, world-famous for their natural wonders.
Fill your eyes with the unmistakable colours of one of Sardinia 's most spectacular destinations and enjoy a day in an inflatable boat in the company of our skipper and his stories!
What we will do
The rendezvous is 15 minutes before 10 a.m. at the meeting point in La Maddalena (SS). We will be welcomed by our skipper, who will accompany us on this excursion to discover the most beautiful islands of theLa Maddalena Archipelago!
We will set sail towards theisland of Spargi: the first stop will be Cala Corsara, where we will stop for a swim and admire the curiously shaped rocks such as the Testa della Strega (Witch's Head ) and the Bulldog Rock. We will continue to Cala Soraya, also called "The Rainbow Beach" by our charismatic skipper, where we will make a second swimming stop.
We will spot military bases dating back to World War II and sail to Cala Granara, so called because shepherds used to grow wheat there and today it is inhabited by cute little boars. After yet another swimming stop we will reach Cala Conneri, which owes its name to a characteristic local fish, and Cala Servigno.
From Spargi the route will turn towards theisland of Budelli and its spectacular Piscine Naturali, pools of turquoise water set in granite rocks. We will then pass the Spiaggia Rosa (Pink Beach), taking a 'bow' to its natural beauty. We will also greet the Crocodile Rock, before reaching the Spiaggia del Cavaliere (Knight' s Beach) for a further swim from the dinghy.
Our final stop will be St. Mary's Island, for the last swimming stop of the day; by swimming, it will also be possible to land on its spectacular beaches! During the navigation, we will be able to enjoy our packed lunch brought on board; during the day there will be at least 5 swimming stops lasting 40 minutes each.
We will finally return to the meeting point. The experience will last a total of 7 hours.
Who it is aimed at
The experience is suitable for everyone without age limits; children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult on board. Children aged 0 to 3 years participate free of charge: please contact the skipper at the contact details given in your booking confirmation email to indicate their presence on board.
The boat is not accessible to people with mobility problems.
Other information
The experience takes place from May to October.
Theboat is a 5.50-metre-long Seapower dinghy with a canopy. Shoes are not allowed on board, you remain barefoot. Dogs are allowed at extra charge: contact the skipper at the contact details given in your booking confirmation email for more information.
