Discover the charm of western Sicily from the comfort of a Suzuki convertible in the Segestan countryside. Let a guide take you on a discovery of the history and nature that blend harmoniously in this area.
Visit the Polle di Crimiso, natural pools of volcanic origin in which you can enjoy a thermal bath. Then reach a panoramic belvedere with a view of the magnificent Temple of Segesta, one of the best-preserved examples of Hellenic architecture.
There is also room for gastronomic specialities: enjoy fresh seasonal fruit and taste traditional dishes such as pane cunzato and a typical dessert to end this 4-hour 4x4 tour on a high note!
What we will do
I will be waiting for you 15 minutes before 10 a.m. at the meeting point communicated at the time of booking, in Calatafimi Segesta (TP). I will be waiting for you on board my Suzuki Cabrio, ready to drive you along the route.
After an initial briefing , we will climb aboard our open-roof vehicle and head out into the Segesta countryside. We will drive through Sicily's indigenous vineyards, orchards and the Mediterranean scrubland that characterises the area, stopping for a tasting of fresh fruit: grapes, mulberries, pomegranates, melons, citrus fruits or prickly pears, depending on the season to savour their best flavour.
In the meantime, I will tell you about the mythological legends of the area, such as that of the god Krimisòs who heated the waters of the river Caldo to allow the nymph Egesta to rest along its banks. This seems to be the origin of the name of the Polle di Crimiso, Segesta's thermal baths composed of natural pools of volcanic origin in which the water reaches 47 degrees. Right here we will stop for a bath!
Comfortably seated on board, we will continue the excursion around Calatafimi-Segesta and stop to taste the typical pane cunzato and a traditional Sicilian pastry . Finally, we will reach the belvedere over the Temple of Segesta, which stands imposing and isolated in the green surrounding countryside.
We will then return to the meeting point for a total of four hours on board.

The activity is suitable for anyone who wants to enjoy an adventure in the Segesta countryside from the comfort of their seat, with no age limit. Child seats are available for children up to 3 years of age (service included).
A B licence is required for drivers.

The fee includes the guided tour, rental of a 4-seater Suzuki Cabrio for 1 driver and 3 passengers, and a wine tasting for each participant.
The activity takes place from April to November, weather permitting.
The centre has 3 4-seater Jeep Cabrios for up to 12 participants.

If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund! If you have set the date of your Gift Voucher and bad weather has prevented the activity from taking place, the Voucher remains valid until the expiry date indicated on it.
If I cancel the reservation, can I get a full refund?
