You don't discover the Gargano by standing still: you experience it with the windows down, the sea breeze coming in and the wheels biting the earth.
From Vieste, a full day of adventure awaits you amid wild nature and beautiful scenery aboard the brand new Jeep Defender 110 driven by an experienced driver. Umbra Forest, off-road trails, the coast with hidden beaches and a farm lunch.
What we will do
We will meet at 10:00 am in Vieste (FG). After a welcome from the guide, we will climb aboard the brand new 8-seater Jeep Defender 110 (9 with expert driver), ready to tackle the heart of the Gargano.
Our tour will begin by driving through the Foresta Umbra, with an initial stop of about 20 minutes at its famous pond. From here we will take a dirt road into the heart of the forest and then descend towards the coast, with off-road stretches that will get the adrenaline pumping.
Coming out of the forest we will face the sea, with spectacular views along the coast to Peschici. Here we will be able to admire from above the famous Zaiana beach, a real jewel set among the cliffs.
The route will then take us to Masseria La Sgarrazza, where we will stop for a typical Apulian lunch: appetisers, traditional dishes, dessert, wine and limoncino. A convivial moment that will make the experience unforgettable.
After lunch, we will set off again for a last stretch of about half an hour on dirt road before returning to base. Between views, off-roading and good food, the tour will last about six hours in total.

The activity is suitable for everyone from 3 years old and up. Minors must be accompanied by a parent or responsible adult.
Other information
The excursion is available from April to October and is confirmed with a minimum of 4 participants.
Each off-road vehicle can accommodate up to 8 persons, plus the driver. For small children, parents may bring their own child seat or booster seat on board.
Lunch is included in the fee; in the event of food intolerances or allergies, please contact the guide in advance at the contact details that will be sent to you in the booking confirmation email.

If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund! If you have set the date of your Gift Voucher and bad weather has prevented the activity from taking place, the Voucher remains valid until the expiry date indicated on it.
